Scroll down to the bottom, hit "Animation Overrides", from there, turn every single option all the way down, and go back a menu. (Slow factor of .60 I find looks best)
Then go up to "Folders" select "Allow Nested Folders". Now to make everything else fast.
Go back a menu, select "Icon Animations" and then go to Folder Open and Folder close and use these settings:
Mass: 1.00
Stiffness: 600
Damping: 100
Thats all you really need to change for the folders and app opening to be fast.
There is some more you can do within the "Icon Animations" option.
For "Unlock", use the same settings as above, your phone will unlock faster.
Also NEVER go to the "Notification Center" option and turn the gravity down. Your notification center will never stop 'bouncing' and you'll have to restart your phone.

Is there a setting to turn off the parallax effect, but keep the animations? I have the animations set the way you have them and it's a nice set up.

I'm on a 4S and what I have notices about animations is that I you turn on increased contrast in the settings app the animations are smooth as butter and not jerky. Especially message bubbles and the card switcher.

No idea I'm sorry. I'm not even using this tweak since I've read a lot of horror stories about it.

Bigify just updated in Cydia, now all opinions seem to be working.

That app works, but if you scroll through all of your pages and go back to the first one, all the icons are back to normal. I usually make icons a big smaller and no label. They go back to normal size with no label every time. First page only

When you respring all the settings are lost and you're back to slow animations.

Not true for me. Reinstall MS. Fixed it for me. I can respring whenever and all my tweaks stay. iPhone 5 7.0.4 btw.

Same here...All my settings are staying in tact after reboots. iP5, 7.0.4

xbmc KIND OF works on ios 7.0.4 with iphone5s... it installs fine and you can add addons and programs fine - it even streams videos fine. where it fails, is the next day when you try to use it - it crashes out when first selecting it. much like mobilesubstrate for sub-a7 devices, simply reinstalling xbmc seems to "fix" it. until the next day, that is. i havent yet figured out what exactly causes the crash....

Cheers for that mate.

Who is responsible for an updates mobile substrate that will be working on the A7 chip?

has anyone been able to get OpenNotifier to work or another tweak like that. I love the ability to have status icons in the top bar for items like new mail/message/vm/etc. Hopefully it will be up and running soon but didnt know if anyone else here in this forum had other suggestions.

how do I get winterboard to work? I downloaded a theme and it didn't show up when I applied it. Should I try another theme?

In order to get Winterboard working you need to install the mobile substrate fix from the insanelyi repo. I know that saurik has said not to install MS fixes but I can confirm that this one works well. Plus, you can always uninstall it as soon as the official MS update is released by saurik.

For me, it's only the "slow animations" under Animation Overrides that are effected after respring, all other adjustments in HiddenSettings are intact.
