I don’t think that anyone with early June estimated delivery dates will see any action until a couple of weeks after those who have the May 21-27 window.
My window is June 4-10, 2 weeks after those with the earliest dates, so adding two weeks to today’s date would give me May 25 as the earliest date to see “preparing to ship”. That’s my estimate for now.
I’m in Canada, and got my order in 39 minutes in.

I’m glad my order is in the “preparing to ship” status. I was worried I’d accidentally hit the “cancel order”. 😬
Does BB use this language? They shipped my magic keyboard without any alert.
In any event, no cc charge for a May 21 "release".
I have been seeing all of the 12 inch iPad Pro moving to Preparing for shipping, but have not seen any of the 11 inch iPad Pros move yet
/mine flipped this afternoon and my credit card was charged Maybe we will see them before the 21st.
Mine just went to “preparing for shipment” ordered a 1tb 12.9” pro silver within 5 minutes of the store starting taking orders. I am in the US East coast. Delivery date, however, has not changed from 21 to 28 May.
Very similar to me. 12.9", Grey, 1TB, Wifi got my order confirmation at 8:09AM EST.
Mine also says May 25-28. Still in processing. Also Ontario, Canada
But strangely I can't log into the site atm. Getting a "request cannot be completed, try again later" message. Perhaps I was refreshing too much throughout the day haha.
I ordered 12.9” in Silver 1 TB. Confirmation time and delivery time exactly the same as yours. I am in Toronto. Apple connect is down at the moment.
