Adding my two cents - I’ve always used protectors on my iPhone. Coming from the 9.7”, I used cases but not protectors. However I did experience a couple of scratches on my screen before, so I thought I’d try it. I used a Spigen tempered glass protector on my phone and am using its iPad line now. I’m very happy with it. I’m waiting on the otterbox case, which arrives on Wednesday.
i like otter box cases for the phone (despite the compatibility issues due to the thickness with many accessories). I actually like a fairly fat case so I’m more likely to notice it’s not in my pocket if it drops out/doesn’t go in enough/I forget I put it down. However, I’ve never been happy with them on an iPad: too big & heavy snd, more important, they aren’t compatible with smart connector accessories. To add to the latter issue, they are not a case you want to be taking on and off on a whim. That said, they are very protective.
A gentle reminder this is a tracking / delivery thread... There's plenty of others for charging/accessories/cases etc... 👍
No updates on the tracking since it left EPZ, China, yesterday. It still hasn’t reached the next stop, ZhengZhou yet.
Maybe UPS doesn’t move things or update tracking on Sundays, but it’s just a bit puzzling, since I thought they were a 7 day a week operation, with the exception of deliveries themselves. The estimated delivery date of May 27, Thursday, to Halifax, Canada hasn’t changed.
I would be interested in hearing whether others whose parcels shipped Friday night are any further along.

It’s been too long since i’ve tracked a package from China: iPhone 5s? Overall I don’t find UPS updating super timely.
Mine’s in EPZ also, guessing it’ll move Monday china time, so late this afternoon US time. Says delivery on Wednesday the 26th
OK, relieved to hear that I’m not the only one not seeing any movement. Mine did leave EPZ quite quickly, but hasn’t progressed to the next stop farther on. I guess that they don’t sort on Sundays. I guess we’ll have to wait until Monday China time for any further updates.
That’s sure pushing it for a Wednesday delivery in your case, and a Thursday delivery for mine.

Lets hope so! Oddly enough, I just got an email from UPS confirming my Thursday delivery by 7:00 PM. If they want to meet that, they better get cracking.
Here’s where mine is now, exactly the same as it was early yesterday morning, no change in almost 36 hours.

Parcel is saying 5/26 whereas UPS themselves are saying 5/27. Based upon past user comments (where the delivery got flipped to Next Day once in the States), I wouldn’t be surprised if it makes an appearance sooner.
Mine has to get into the States, then get transferred to Canada, and from there, has to make it to my home on the East Coast, Halifax, and has to clear customs as well. That’s a lot of to do to make it by Thursday. Although I would be delighted if it should make it by then, it’s a bit of a stretch considering that it may not even move from China until tomorrow.
Whatever happens, it’s still miles better than my original window of June 4-10, so I won’t complain even if it ends up being this Friday or even the following Monday.

I’ve shipped packages during this pandemic that started their flight here in Vegas to Louisville (UPS) / Memphis (FedEx) and then to their destination delivery of Arizona, California, and Virginia within the span of twelve hours.

There’s a flight in 1 hour, 5:50am China Time / 5:50pm EDT, that goes directly from Chengdu, CN to Anchorage, AK. It’s a 777, Air China Cargo. Arrives in ANC at 10:14pm ANC time, and the fly to SDF on Tuesday, and delivery on Wednesday
It would certainly be nice if mine, or any of ours, were to be on that flight. Unfortunately, mine still hasn’t reached the next destination after EPZ yet.
I wonder whether anyone has seen any tracking updates after leaving EPZ?

But thinking I wouldn’t be getting it until 6/2-6/9, I picked one up at the nearest Apple Store on Friday. By the time I picked it up, my status had gone from Processing to Preparing to Ship so I couldn’t cancel it. I’m just going to enjoy the journey with the rest of you mor now since that’s half the fun of getting it. Hope you don’t mind.
If you go back a bunch of pages, a number of people went from arrived at ZhengZhou to arrived in Korea without a departure. If that were to occur again, there's 2 from ICN to ANC, one's in ~2 hours and again in 12 hours. UPS89 or 99... unless they are going some other charter or way, all speculation.
