iPad mini iPad Mini 6 Shipping Thread

I'm not concerned with it not showing up tomorrow, but I would like to see the tracking info so I can have it held at the CC

I did not get a shipped e-mail, so not quite everyone else. Still can't find by tracking by reference or through UPS or FedEx apps.
 
No actual tracking info yet, but my mini changed to "Shipped" status in the Apple Store app and I got my email about my trade-in being initiated.

Yes. Cancelled my order because I’m waiting to hear about heat dissipation and the speakers. I absolutely love my Air, but not the bursitis and heat issues. I’ll probably reorder a pink 256gb at some point. There’s a Best Buy within walking distance from me so I may test the Mini out.

EDIT: Looks like the Mini 6 is a good deal lighter (293 grams as opposed to 458 grams of the Air) that’s great. It may eradicate the bursitis I’m dealing with as a result of one handed use with the Air.

Ordered a wifi space grey 64gb and still showing delivery as tomorrow “via express delivery”. Nothing in UPS or Fedex apps.

Track by reference is getting hard and harder to find via mobile and I don’t care enough to find the direct link.

Apple hasn’t missed a single delivery yet and I don’t see that happening but good luck to all still waiting for official tracking / acknowledgement by the carriers!

I didn’t get an e-mail but the US Apple online store updated to shipped with a tracking number. The package hasn’t been picked up by UPS yet.

Me thinks "express delivery" is more like a courier service? Probably fulfilled from the same warehouses that feed stores? Possibly how it works if you live in an area with multiple Apple Retail stores.

My UPS tracking does show it is Next Day Air Saver so it’s afternoon/evening delivery. But the package hasn’t been picked up from Apple yet. I had express shipping listed on the order.
 
I got a text message from Apple saying my iPad mini Starlight shipped, but I got NO email. My order status online still says Preparing to Ship.

Odd considering how this usually goes for orders from Apple.
 
Got shipping notification via text and email for my iPad mini. Also UPS tracking number but still not update on UPS account.

Probably not. Mine says Express Delivery but I just got the email saying it shipped and the tracking is normal UPS Next Day Air Saver.
 
Interesting... So we have two orders - one for two iPad Minis for my wife and I, and a second order for a regular iPad 9th Gen for one of our kids. Both orders show Preparing to Ship, and neither show up on track by reference or in the UPS or FedEx apps. However, I just contacted Apple's text support (the one that uses iMessage) and somehow he was able to pull up a UPS tracking number for the regular iPad (but not the Minis yet). It is shipping from Louisville, KY via Next Day Air Saver (just had origin scan like 3 minutes ago) and on track to deliver tomorrow.

Update: I got an email now with a tracking number. Too soon to actually track anything, but that's certainly promising. Oddly enough, the app still says prepping to ship.
