Man. I have no email, and finding by UPS reference only said this just now:
“Delivered
Estimated delivery: Check back tomorrow for an updated delivery date”
??? I’m in CA, so Not sure if a notification is still coming. But that doesn’t look good.
and I ordered as soon as the event finished and the store reopened.

I ordered mine for in-store pickup. I had forgotten when you do that you never get an actual tracking number or shipping notice. Just a notice that your item is ready for pickup. Un-exciting. 
But at least I don't have to sit around starring out the window and listening for the UPS truck constantly. <s>

In our neighborhood, Friday is trash day - both trash and recycle... and it's strange how much the garbage trucks and the UPS trucks sound alike. Both iPad mini 6 and pencil g2 coming tomorrow.
'Shipped', but no tracking number. UPS says 'Check back tomorrow' on the only one that came up, and still only shows 4 digits. *shrug*

Just hope there's no confusion on their parts.
It would be a shame for UPS to bill you for picking up your garbage by mistake... and for your garbage truck to trash your new Apple goodies.
Those would be tech tragedies in both errors.

THat's why I have a 'Starlight' one. It was the only color/size available when I ordered. It'll be in a case, so no worries, but all the 'good' colors were taken.

Do you live near a main distribution center? I have the same thing. Just got done speaking with an Apple Sales rep. Most likely, mine will probably be same-day delivery. It happens a lot to me (but not always). If you live near one, then you might get info tonight or tomorrow morning. They confirmed that my status is still to receive on the 24th

Yeah, I ordered an engraved Apple Pencil 2, and that shipped from China as well. That's arriving today.

I'm just the opposite. I thought the only "good" color was the Starlight. I'm not into pink or purple and Space Gray is just too boring for me. Although not to sure exactly what color "Starlight" is but I'll find out tomorrow! YAY!
