I teased a driver once about their tracker feature. 'Oh, it's you! I saw you drive by a couple times and figured I wasn't going to get a package today.' He looked a little shocked, recovered and said 'Well, of course! I have a light that shows when people are tracking me, and I just drive by a few times just to cheese you off.'

Your post reminded me about the tracker map so I tried it and- at least for me- it is DOWN right now. I interpret the message like that is no longer available but it may mean only down today. Apparently, UPS drivers everywhere are enjoying first cracks at iPad Minis today. All other deliveries probably waiting until tomorrow.

I’m regretting not buying a case now. I was hoping all week Otterbox would release their Defender version for Mini 6. No such luck 😞 I’m going to have to be crazy careful!

Mine arrived just before 10am this morning. Just been setting things up on it.
Pleased with it!! - Only disappointment is the starlight colour - Personally its just the same as the silver you get on a MacBook Air.

Really I thought it would be more beige

UPS says mine won’t be delivered until 4:30-6:30 PM EDT. I’ll be watching everyone else setting up all day

9/23 (in the evening!) - status changed to "shipped", delivery scheduled for 9/24

9/24 - out for delivery, expected in a few hours

Happy for those of you getting your Mini 6's today, much empathy if your shipment has been delayed.

I’m regretting not buying a case now. I was hoping all week Otterbox would release their Defender version for Mini 6. No such luck 😞 I’m going to have to be crazy careful!

The case selections are still pretty poor atm. The best cases aren’t in stock yet and won’t be delivered well into Oct-Nov, so I had a hard time choosing, but I settled on a magnetic case similar to the smart folios. Hoping it looks good and works well with the mini!

Seems like a modest mistake. East coast vs west coast but at least the latitude is about the same.

Is that Starlight w/white folio? Hard to tell color of iPad at that angle. If so, would love to see pics! Mine was just delivered, but I don’t get home until 5:15

Yes. I’m regretting the white folio—probably will swap it for dark cherry. I like the starlight color though. Pretty subtle. I was afraid it would be too yellow or gold.

Edit: Setting it up and updating iPadOS but I will take a few shots later after the OS update is done.

Track on map is now available, but it's over a mile away as the crow flies, and hasn't moved in the last 15 minutes.... One can never take the "by 10:30 am" BS seriously. Understand they need to publish service "standards" for marketing purposes, but it really just shows how poor their service is.
