For the price they’re charging, it should have promotion standard.Just give it a 120hz screen already. Not sure why they haven’t made a pro version of this iPad yet

How did so many reviewers not see the effect on the 6? Then can’t comment on the 7. I will see for myself tomorrow. Even if it does it I still really like my mini. It’s a daily use item.
It's STILL there as clear as day:
If you can't see it, then congrats get on with your life. But let's just say I wouldn't trust you to be my airplane pilot
It has dawned on me that we are now so far removed from the Steve era that vast majority of the Apple user base doesn’t even know what kind of quality standard we are talking about here
It’s sad
Take a look near the beginning.
Steve Jobs has been gone for longer than the period of time between the introduction of the G3 iMac and his death.

It’s definitely still there, but also definitely improved. This is going to come down to the in-hand personal testing. I also can’t stand the Mini 6 effect. This is a really good comparison. Honestly, not sure I would even notice that in daily use. The old mini makes my head explode.
Base model iPads and the iPad mini use A series processors from the iPhone line, and their displays should behave similarly.
They said it wasn't an issue at all when the iPad Mini 6 came out. I'm not sure why they had to essentially lie about an issue that existed.

Because Apple has deep pockets and product liability, mass tort, and class action firms are always looking for ways to get at Apple. Saying something like that would make it an easy target. They said it wasn't an issue at all when the iPad Mini 6 came out. I'm not sure why they had to essentially lie about an issue that existed.
Because there's probably only a very small market for it. It would also probably burn through the battery a lot faster unless they also gave it an OLED display, and again, that's just making it into a more expensive device that most people probably aren't interested in. I don't think we're ever going to the get the iPad Pro in the body of a Mini that some people fantasize about. I think that most people who buy a Mini intend to use it for simple things and they don't need Pro features and certainly don't want to pay for them.Just give it a 120hz screen already. I guarantee you that at least 90% of the people who bought the Mini 6 or will buy the Mini 7 have no idea what Jelly Scroll is, and will never notice it unless someone brings it to their attention, and even then most won't care. So why would Apple bother promoting that they "fixed" a problem that most people don't even know about, when all that will do is make people aware of an issue that they weren't previously concerned about?Today's headlines: Apple fixed something that, first of all, should have never been there in the first place. And then it only took them several years to resolve. And it's still not clear if it's resolved!
Great work Apple! Bunch of amateurs and greedy bean counters running the show now I guess.
Even if they did address the jelly a little bit, worry not, it's still a garbage spec display in all other ways
