iPad order shipped earlier than expected.

I placed my order on the 11th. for the iPad and a case iPad deliver on 8/29 Case set to deliver on 8/12. Kniw someone who placed order 7/19 for same thing and their order status has case set to deliver on 8/3. & iPad for 8/6 This is to the same zip code too. Figure that out.

Just checked & order status has not changed.

I tried that route today. I did the Best Buy inventory checker, called a few Best Buys around me, no stock. So then I checked the 3 Apple Stores that are closest to me, no stock. I really really wanted to just pick it up in store because I am pretty impatient, lol. I ended up ordering it on the Apple Store app on my iPhone 4 yesterday afternoon.

i ended up canceling my online order and getting mine at lincoln road, i reserved one there the same day i ordered online and got the email today to go pick it up. not a bad wait, or anywhere near the 10 days they quoted me when i reserved at the store. good luck to you all!

I ordered mine the fourteenth (of July). Apple said 7-10 days before shipping, ships the 28th (14 days). Go figure. You'd think that since they instantly knew the day it shipped, they'd just quote me like "10-15 days" or something. =\

My original ship date was 7/26 and delivery was to be 7/29 but mine shipped out yesterday and Fed Ex estimates delivery on 7/28. I was excited to see it ship out earlier thinking I would get it 7/24 or 7/26.

Here's what gets me I ordered on 7/11 case & iPad friend ordered 7/19 case/iPad their case has already been shipped out and scheduled to deliver 7/28. Mine that I ordered a wek ealier has still not shipped.

Got mine today two days earliet then the original Apple estimate and one day earlier then Fed Ex scheduled delivery. Now for the fun.

I just checked my order and it says it is being prepared for shipment. Maybe I will get a couple of days earlier than expected?

edit:checked my email and have a fedex tracking number, yay!
