Well, well... For sure they have a backlog, they are extremly busy !!!
Mine finally stayed in Concord, ON one day and it arrived to Blainville, QC hub last night BUT they changed my delivery date from Today to Monday ...
Also expecting the Apple Pencil 2nd Gen (from a different seller-15% rebate !) and AirPods Pro (free with a reward points program) both on Monday too ... I guess it's going to be an "Apple Monday" !!!!
But, I have another package coming home today from the same UPS warehouse to the same adress !!!! I can filter by adress packages coming to my home on their Mobile App... Can't UPS do that too and maximize efficiency ??!!
Worst part is that the package "supposedly" coming in today is a Costco online order and it's box #1 out of 3 that was left in the delivery truck and was not delivered with boxes 2 and 3 on Wednesday and has been "touring" the city in the UPS truck for 2 days !!!

Yes. I cannot access my orders either.
Perhaps because of the launch of the SE starting today.
Same here on the Canadian site and agree with previous poster, iPhone SE launch and site update is probably responsible for the traffic of the site. In my case it brought back the order to the « order placed » step as it was in 4-5 days ago while my IPP is currently on his way home and stuck in a UPS warehouse until Monday

Weird, I can see the site, but both my iPad and Pencil have regressed to being "Order Placed" with the original shipping dates. Yesterday my iPad was listed as Out for Delivery. Websites do weird things when they're stressed.
My partner really wants the SE, but between Corona unemployment and watching my shipping stress he's not going to go for it.

Ordered mine 4/13 says arrival 4/17 - 21 by Express Delivery. This morning it said "processing" now it is back to "order placed." Don't they know I am bored and want to play with this!
ETR: Now all my orders say "order placed," even the iPad cover that I have already received.

So do I! I was chatting with specialist and they guaranteed that my order will deliver until April, 21. I’m talking here in Chicago

Same, again. New delivery date is Monday, with the "delayed" message. I keep thinking I hear the UPS truck pulling in ahhaha Miracles happen, right? Does UPS deliver on Saturdays in Canada? Here's to hoping I survive until Monday otherwise!
Earlier this morning, after the store opened back up, my order showed preparing to ship and my apple card is showing the pending charge. Then I checked a while later and it was back to order placed and now the site is telling me that i can't look at any of my orders.

I've heard they do when the package was delayed, but they could just end up delayed again. Hope springs eternal - I will certainly be refreshing the page tomorrow until a new scan shows up. No deliveries at all on Sunday, though.
Mine still has no delivery date, so they're not commiting to Monday. Cool cool cool.

Woo hoo! got my iPad delivered just now, even though UPS revised to Monday delivery.
I think it depends on how busy your UPS facilities are -- Victoria (where I'm at) is probably not as busy as out east.

I'm with you ! Mine is sitting in a warehouse for the weekend that is located 30 mins from home !! Have to wait to Monday ...

I know Both UPS and FedEx pass things off to each other and to the local post office when they can. I just saw in my email that I DID have a Monday delivery scheduled for less than a minute before it got delayed again. Oh well. I REALLY want it, but I did just end up with a bunch of work that if I were a responsible grown up, I'd prioritize over setting up the iPad anyway. (I am not a responsible grown up.)
I caved in and ordered a 12.9 model with a pencil. My delivery date says between 28th-30th of this month, so lets wait and see.

BTW, how does the online education discount work for online orders?. Im a teacher, and every-time I have bought something at the Apple Store, I just show them my teaching ID and thats it.... they give me the full education discount. Is someone going to contact me for verification for this online order?

same order date, same estimate — got an update around 2pm today that my iPad (11" space grey 128gb) has shipped and will arrive by the 20th! label created at UPS 3:30pm today — I was getting worried it wouldn't arrive on time but it looks like I was in the wrong for doubting 😄

I may have used my yorku address at some point- I did spend months researching the gen 3 before I caved and bought the gen 4 - I sort of panic-purchase despite financial terror and uncertainly because I'm not technically an employed teacher when the semester ends and I wanted the tiny discount. My apple ID is definitely my personal email address.
Funny - I know when I got software - maybe substance painter? I had to send them the letterhead of my contract to prove I was in education. I may have even needed to prove I was in a related program.
Someone in the thread mentioned that when they ordered from Best Buy they were able to contact BB after and get the discount returned to them, maybe Apple has something similar.
