Hi all - purchased a new IPP along with the Magic Keyboard and Pencil last week.

Pencil arrived the next day, ironically the keyboard is arriving tomorrow (even though I was quoted 4/24-5/1), but the iPad itself has seen no movement. It's still stuck on processing, and the delivery date was supposed to be today or tomorrow.

Has anyone else experienced delays in receiving their iPad Pro? I know it'll probably be overnighted so there's still a chance I get it tomorrow but its weird that I've seen no movement.

Hope everyone is hanging in there - actually now that I think about it, I'm not sure what I'll do with myself once it actually arrives, since I've been obsessively checking the tracking throughout the day o_O
 
My iPad Pro 2020 that I ordered on April 9th has been stuck in the same place since last Wednesday (4/15) at a UPS facility that is about 66 miles away from me.

Ft Worth, TX (4/13) -> Bell, CA (4/15) [no movement]

Original delivery date was 4/16 from UPS website.

Ordered: 4/15
Exoected Arrival: 4/21 - 4/23
Shipped: 4/22 (Next Day Air)
Arriving: 4/23

Shipping from local warehouse in Tennessee.

That is definitely the worst one I have seen so far. You have my condolences.

It is much appreciated. It’s hard to get frustrated with what’s going on and I’m meanwhile making a luxurious purchase... but still lol

I’m assuming it’s the most popular one. Plus it’s coming to Canada so stateside probably gets first dibs as they come off the line

I ordered the same thing yesterday and the ETA is not that further than yours - just the next week. That said, let’s hope they get it to you before then

Thank you sir yeah you as well. That’s one of the things I miss about the old normal, 2-3 day Apple orders

I ordered the base 11” 128gb space grey on the 7th of April, it was shipped and just departed from a facility and hasn't moved or been updated since the 16th of April, and my estimated delivery date was today. I could cry a million oceans...
 
I ordered a 12.9, space gray, 128GB, wi-fi on April 20th with an April 24th estimated delivery date. As of the night of the 23rd, I'm still in "processing". This ain't looking good
 
What’s your delivery date frame?
April 24 through April 28. I suppose I do have some time before I should worry; I know shipping, delivery, and logistics are still quirky for nearly all business during "this" time.

I was going to say, it doesn’t look like they are sticking to their earliest date in the time frame as best as we have seen before, especially not with iPhone releases.
 
Everyone should have ordered from Best Buy. Max time from ordering to in your hands is 4 days. And they honor the education discount if you call them once the item Has been received. Ordered mine on March 29th and got it April 2nd.
 
Ordered my 12.9 Monday the 20th. Estimated delivery 4/22-4/24. As if 11:50pm, order still “processing”. Calling Apple has been a waste of time. They claim they cannot see anything more then I can. Part of my order delivered today (smart folio), but the IPP is still stalled. Can’t even cancel. Any suggestions for next steps?

Update on my situation, Apple sent a text saying it was delivered on the 25th of April.....it is currently still 24th of April. Did not receive anything so I called Apple and got connected to a CustServ. person who just kept repeating "it was signed and delivered", finally said he could make a dispute case with DHL. Called DHL and they said it has arrived in Sydney but has not yet been processed. Apple really loves causing me pain and heartache teasing me with this iPad...
 
My delivery said April 22-24. Now they are saying April 28-30. I never agreed to that

It is a nice idea but here at least the lead times are the exact same. Even ordering from Staples now is a risk as your item never ships and the company isn’t accepting phone calls (ordered an office chair)

Worth, TX. 4/16 no iPad. 4/20 called UPS to report no package, next call the shipper (AT&T). They tell me I will receive a callback with in 48 hrs. 4/22 comes and goes. 4/23 call AT&T again luckily to the right department after being transferred multiple times.. They tell me it will take 5-7 business days to ship me a new one after their investigation. So maybe they will ship the new one by 5/4.

* I didn’t want to go to the store to order in the first place, but for some reason I couldn’t order it online as an upgrade and CSR on the phone couldn’t do it either. At the store they did it as a new line. Still can’t figure that out, since the device I wanted to upgrade was a BYOD.

I ordered mine (11 inch version) 12:45pm on April 15th....the day orders opened...was given this timeframe- Arrives April 24th - May 1” (USA-Atlanta).

Well, UPS is showing mine has made it to Atlanta (ie where I live) and is out for delivery today. So, I’d say Apple came through with a delivery on the early side of the estimate (ie despite the odd update’s on the The UPS site where it was showing only “label created” until 3pm yesterday afternoon even though the Apple site showed it had been shipped since Wednesday).

My guess is that UPS is stretched to the max with everything going on right now and things aren’t being processed/moved/recorded through their facilities efficiently.

Oh well, all’s well that ends well...for me anyway!! So, there is hope to believe they could hit the early estimate!

Just wait and see what happens. I guess I can live with the iPP 10.5 for another few weeks. This all started on 4/6 when I originally ordered 2 iPP 12.9 models at the store. I ordered one 128 GB (for wife) and one 1 TB models. Of course the sales person ordered two 128 GB models instead. I didn’t discover this mistake until after I paid for the sales tax and it was too late to cancel the order.

The funny thing is my Otterbox case came before the iPad. I ordered the case on 4/14 and it came on 4/18 by USPS.

Once I do get this iPad and activated it on my cell plan, I will have to call AT&T to get credit for a line that I’m paying for since 4/6 and can’t use the service. My current iPP is already on this account.
