I am not Thrilled about the 11" Magic Keyboard I got. The Key Switches themselves are great, but dont have as much Travel or Bounce as Something like the Microsoft Surface Laptop. So I find that I can type faster on my Surface Laptop than I would on my MK. I am just typing on the Keyboard, without the ipad
Still Miles better than the Weird Smart Keyboard Cover thing that my iPad Pro 9.7" has.
I haven’t been charged for mine yet. I ordered July 5. Hope to see the charge by Monday.
I got charged for mine about 30 Minutes ago, Ordered July 6. Weird that you haven't been charged yet.
Yeah, I’m trying to remain calm about it haha. I paid with a credit card, so I’m wondering if it’s just taking a hot minute to show up on my charges. It’s weird for sure. I guess I’ll go back to refreshing my account every 30 seconds.
I paid with Debit, so maybe that's why. Another factor (I dont think it matters) is that I got mine engraved, which might affect the times in a Positive or Negative way. I'm going to bed now. Refreshed apple's order page about 20,000 times today. Can i beat 20k tomorrow?

Maybe when you have the iPad on the MK you might find it better. I just got the 11” MK yesterday and I think it is awesome. Maybe I am more impressed with the advancement in these things given I had a few ipad keyboards in the past years and this by far is superior. Maybe they are updating all those pending orders at once ?.
Ordered mine last week, got an estimated date of delivery between 11 and 18 of august. Found it weird, then I saw they were almost impossible to find anywhere. Must be covid related.

Yes, of course they would be. I wasn't asking for that reason though. I was just curious which some people preferred. I go with the app because I like its design and I don't need to log in each time.
B&H has the 12.9” 2018 iPad Pro Cellular 256GB model on sale for $929.
Ordered July 3rd and I still haven't been charged.
I haven't downloaded the app, I usually go to Costco to buy my Apple tech. But when I ordered my IPP I decided to go with Apple's Website. I don't log in each time, I keep it in another browser tab.

I’d say it’s probably fairly valid. At the time the article was published, the author said the wait was stretching to 2-3 weeks, and the wait time is now 3-4 (or 5-6, more realistically). August can’t get here fast enough. I’m shamelessly wishing my life away harder than I ever have for this thing. At least we can be complaint-heavy and anxious together, right? Lol
Here's another Forum, was Enjoyable to read. Most people got theirs to "Preparing to Ship" after 20 days.

Update! My status has changed to prepare to ship! 20 days later, so that’s what everyone can expect! Super excited! ?
Yay! I also ordered July 6, hopefully it will go to "Preparing to Ship". I did get charged last night, though.

21 days since I ordered (July 5) and still hasn't been charged and still in processing. Hoping that I'll see some movement tomorrow when the "business days" resume. I just spoke to an Apple Specialist to make sure everything was okay on my end, and they confirmed that there's no issue and then gave me a basic response: "So based on the delivery time, you could be charged as early as July 31st or as late as August 5th. So I would expect to be charged within that time frame" — I'm taking this response with a grain of salt, understanding they gave me a diplomatic answer based on the information I already have.
In conclusion, I'm still anxiously waiting and refreshing.
