Mine still stuck in processing , but with more complicated status.
Dont know whats happening with my replacement
Can anybody tell me how to contact the apple for my delayed order status or how to make a complain to apple

I remember you said you were in the UAE a while ago. Forgive me if I am wrong. You should be able to click “Get Support” or call them over the phone. Other than that I don’t know what is happening. This should not be taking this long.
Thats why i am worried. I talked to them on last thursday and they said dont worry ur return ipad is with us ,but then why the hell status is showing this and my order is not moving.
It might be a computer bug or glitch on their end. If nothing happens to the status by the end of the delivery window for the replacement, set up a Claim with Apple. I’ll research more about this and get back here.
How they refund money(refund method). And in how many days. I purchased with educational offer so i have airpod pro also.

Don’t despair, there are plenty of people getting obsessive over their iPad Pro delivery dates. I’m one of them.I ordered on the 26th night and delivery date is from nov 10 to 17. The U.K. also will go back to lockdown this week.
i am so obsessed, I checked the delivery dates across different countries, and noticed that in the US they use Apple stores as ways to distribute too. This does not happen in the U.K. i also noticed there are iPad Pro’s in stores around me but because I got a discount I’m not cancelling.
I have noticed that wait times have gone down from 5-6 weeks to about 2-3 weeks but enough to make people like me cray cray.

I ordered 128gb on 10/7. Hoping they would get out those that were ordered and been waiting before making it were you can get from store.
have you had any luck? Hope you get yours soon. judging by this I don’t think supplies have actually improved as yet (maybe from the summer they have though).
I also ordered a 128 silver WiFi pro. Maybe I should have gotten space gray. There’s more supply of those in stores.

Glad yours has moved! I have noted that more and more stores around me have the iPad I ordered and those stores will be closing on Thursday as well. But my delivery date is still Nov 10 - 17. Sigh.
