But desktop version not support background play. Thats y i dont use that. I mostly use as a Big Mobile device and sometime AD in between the video irritates

It does support background play. When you exit safari, you’ll notice it stops playing. Then, swipe down for control center, and click play on the music box. It should show the name of the video that was playing, like this.
Click play, and the audio of your video will play in the background. Also, if you want PiP (Picture in Picture), when you are in full screen on your youtube video on the Web, open the app switcher and switch to another app WITHOUT going to the home screen. Then it will play in PiP in the other app you switched to.
It's been 38 days since I ordered and finally got my 11" iPad Pro. Trying to set it up manually (it's a work iPad so I have to do it this way) and when I try to enter my WiFi password none of the letters actually type into the box. Very weird but its probably user error of some sort. If anyone knows what the hell is going on let me know, in the meantime I'll try google.

Are you using a Hardware Keyboard of any sorts? (Ex. Smart Keyboard, Magic Keyboard.)
If not, then I suggest simply turning it off and back on again. I believe it’s a software bug.

Also, this is negatively impacting my productivity. After every Sentence I write for a paper, I command+tab to the order page and Command+R it like it’s nobody’s business.

I feel your pain. Even though I didn't witness your evident pain from the summer waiting for the iPad!
In good news - this will be way more quicker! There's even a chance this will come earlier!
After the seemingly eternal processing stage that I had to endure for my iPP, you would have thought that I would have been a little hesitant to order something from Apple again so soon. Well, I am now "processing" for an 12 Pro Max. This wait should be a piece of cake compared to the iPP since the 12 Max is scheduled for delivery in only 7 days.
I did the same! I ordered the mini though.
I have to say, I forgot about my wait over the last few days because all I did was refresh my browser and twitter repeatedly to see if any more votes had come in...
