You are going to give yourself an ulcer worrying about delivery. Try to focus on something else.I'm pretty Bummed about the fact that Nothing changed from Yesterday and that I no longer have a Delivery Date.
Maybe tomorrow something will change and I will have a Delivery Date?
Well, he/she can do what I do: bake bread! Of course, everyone within a 3 block radius of my house now has a homemade loaf of bread, lol. ?
The most sure way is to log onto the iCloud.com web page, click contacts, and see if you can see them there. If so, they are in iCloud.

I find that It's taking so long for you, I think you're very Close to having yours move to "Preparing To Ship". It took 25 Days for me.

Yes, you get the tracking numbers after it changes to "Shipped". They give you a Link on a Website to go to UPS and see your Tracking.

I'm gonna call the Person you Reccomended Tomorrow, since it's Sunday today. iCloud's Website shows up Empty. Hopefully I can get the 4.1GB worth of Messages on my new iPad Pro and it will at least give me the Phone Numbers of who I texted, lol.
I think you will almost certainly see some movement on yours this week. I ordered mine 10 days after you so I'm hopeful it moves at least to preparing to ship by the end of next week (Aug 10-14). I hope the fact I got mine engraved doesn't delay things any further lol.
I got mine Engraved and It Delayed mine a Further 1 day. Don't worry.

Hmm there must be a way of moving the contacts into iCloud
Goto settings, passwords and accounts, iCloud, iCloud again, make sure the slider for contacts is on
At this point, I don't think It's worth Investing that Much money into a 4-Year Old iPad. The iPad is only worth about $200, and replacement Screens plus the Expensive Labor that has to be done to fix this is far more than it's worth. I will probably Recycle it, or keep it in the Drawer of Eternity.
