iPad shipped, Apple just sent out tracking numbers!

Just got mine! I'm in Santee CA. Driver said they have about 3 times the number of packages today as a normal Saturday.
It's HERE!!!!!!!!!
I had reason to be concerned about my tracking.... my driver had to make a special trip to Daytona Beach to pick it up for us!!! It should have been on the Orlando flight as we thought. Never made sense to send it to a hub 3 hours away!

(only so i can take some pictures of her doing it!)Got mine! Phone ranged....I was hoping it was UPS. Caller ID showed United Parcel Service, my heart skipped a beat. Picked up phone, as calmly as I could, said "hello".
He said since UPS normally does not do Sat delivery to my area, I could drive to the hub and pickup if I wanted, or wait until Monday for delivery. I said hell yeah! How long you gonna be there? He said, until you come.
Sweetness! I had begun to give up hope of being lucky, that I would indeed have to wait until Monday. In another thread I blasted Apple for stupidity of Sat release, but thank goodness they seemed to have stressed to UPS to get these out Sat if possible.

Just got mine delivered by UPS at 3:39 pm!!! Typing this on my iMac still, since my iPad is currently syncing....

The UPS truck just dropped off our iPads and is now on his way to Gold Canyon! I was one who received the dreaded email from Apple that I was not getting my iPad until Monday ..... whew .... glad I stayed home today and waited anyway!
Now ... off to unpack!

Called UPS, got to an agent right away and he was nice, told me the package is still on its way (he also verified the address for me without me asking)and UPS is trying to get every single iPad to their customer by 7pm including me. If not by 7, they'll try to push to the end. I thanked him for his patience and hopefully it'll be here within the next three hours.
