Going from White 12 to Blue 13 mini this year. Revisited the pink but the blue looks much lighter and nicer than the 12's blue so that was what I decided on. Pairing it with the Blue Jay case.

my current iPhone is rose gold, and I still love the color. I like both the blue & the pink. I’ll probably decide around 4:59 a.m. PDT on the 17th. :D I tend to go pink, but really like that blue!
what did you decide on? The lighter blue is what got me to get it.. Pink is nice though since it's a rose-gold-ish tone

The blue is really nice, but it doesn't go with any of Apple's leather cases unfortunately (camera cutout). They really screwed up the case colors this year.
Yeah - although the silicone does pair pretty well with it. Got the Blue Jay for mine.. but abyss blue looks good as well as Clover. I am thinking the winter collection will have a better choice of colors for those.

Looks like blue is the winner. Yesterday I rewatched the keynote, and the blue looks pretty nice, but remember past year, many colors were pretty different in person, so this year I’ll decide when I watch all colors in person as well.

But currently I am between Blue and Product(RED)

I went with pink & a sand pink silicone cover. I do like the blue, but the pink is such a nice soft shade.

I am really confused between Midnight and Blue, my card provider is offering a $90 discount if I preorder it and this offer will end of the 23rd.

I have been saving since the past 3 years to buy a new phone, I am so confused at the moment.

For the 12 mini, the blue in pictures it looked different than what I saw in real.

The stores will not have the demo handsets until the 24th or 25th.

What should I do?

I think that midnight is just black, and blue is similar to past year’s oceanic blue from the iPhone Pro. Just wait to see if some youtuber leaks the colors sooner than expected.

I bought the pink Mini.

Don’t love any of the colours. It eas either pink or starlight, and both look good with a case.

Ended up getting a blue Bellroy leather case, which will look good with the pink camera bump. 👍

I got the Red one. I could have got the Starlight for a better deal through another seller which sort of had a deal going on but I realised I really wanted the red.

I’ve also ordered the Abyss Blue silicon case to go with it.
Can’t wait!

Hope this captures from the Apple video tour help you get a better idea of the colors. Blue seems bluer and red seems darker in reality. Same for pink, which seems pinker and starlight seems a bit yellowish.

Now I like even more the red and the blue ones, and I don’t like so much the starlight (which could be awesome for a MacBook, mind you)

I was thinking of white (starlight) but the pink looks like a nice shade. I would like to see in person before choosing.

Here you have, some more real world pictures of the iPhone 13 and 13 mini

The midnight looks plain black. The blue looks nice, the red looks gorgeous.

Starlight below….I just wonder how it will be in person but this is the closest picture I have to being realistic (hint of glossy beige tint or light goldish hue on off white and silverish aluminum surroundings that glimmer; fits the meaning of “star” “light”). It actually is a brand new color. I will have to enjoy this color until I maybe upgrade to the iPhone 14 Pro Max next year since the colors are the only true upgrade honestly especially when you have as much tech that I have.

I’m hoping for the new punch hole design and Touch ID. I learned my lesson with the 11 pro and it just wasn’t pro enough compared to some android devices like all pro iphones presently.

I think the blue mini in that picture is the 12 mini. The 13 mini blue is lighter than that. I think the author of that picture screwed up.
I think so too, there's something off with the picture. The black looks almost identical to the 12. Or maybe the lighting in that picture is just a bit off.

The white also looks like the iphone 12 white
It looks slightly warmer.

I do believe the picture is real, but maybe the angle and the lighting may change how colors look. This already happened last year with the red iPhone 12, depending on the angle and the lighting it looked either red, coral, or pinkish.

Is starlight actually a different color from last year's white 12, or did they just rename the white from the 12 after everyone claimed it was a creamy beige color last year?

The iPhone 12 was not white last year, but that's what they called it.
