My prediction... Same body, same notch, faster processor (the fastest iphone we have every created), slightly better camera. 1 hour battery life.

The wild-card prediction: Portless charging but I don't think this will come out they need some fast way to transfer date wiressless.

Don't see a port-less charging option yet... there are a crapload of cars and audio head units that required wired CarPlay at this point... Just don't see Apple screwing that up (yet). They have to wait for the auto manufacturers to make wireless CarPlay more ubiquitous, or they alienate a lot of customers. Hopefully they don't have that much "courage".

I think portless might be two years Out of the way. There hasn’t be big rumors about this technology yet.

Bigger battery, Touch ID, telephoto lens, and coupons you can redeem for a charger and earbuds if you want them.
That way if you don’t need them you don’t get more to clutter and waste. USB C as long as the part that goes into the charger is the same as my other stuff I don’t care about having one extra cable. Touch ID I don’t care if it means bringing back the chin and home button just do it so I won’t have to type in a passcode all the time.

Don't you believe it! As long as Apple sell other iPhones with a port in the lineup then it's the consumers choice if they've bought the new portless iphone and it doesn't work with their car audio.

Just ordered my CarPlay conversion kit this morning. I'd hate to see the next iPhone go port-less for this reason.

120hz pro motion display
Power button Touch ID like iPad Air
Improved 5G modem
No notch
Edge to edge display
Pro Mini
Maybe add something like different texture options to the design to just go way out there with something new (for apple at least)
Radar detector
The ability to self-destruct on remote command if stolen

we don't need tablet size screens on iPhones I think 6.1" and 6.7" is more then big for every one in fact I think 6.7 " is a little too big now if the 6.7" was not so wide and more thiner then that be grate for a 6.7" screen but we don't need too go any bigger on screen size

Wouldn’t have minded if they kept the Pro at 5.8” and then made a Pro Max at 6.3” and left the big boy 6.7” as an Ultra.

Really enjoying my Pro Max right now while working from home but I can see that once things get back to normal that it will be a bit to handle when out and about. May go back to the regular Pro next year.

As a junior audiophile I’d like a better quality DAC too, like cirrus logics higher end dacs, but what’s the point when there is no headphon
As a junior audiophile I’d like a better quality DAC too, like cirrus logics higher end dacs, but what’s the point when there is no headphone jack in the iPhones?
iPhones since at least the 6 when headphone jack was present and then since lightning port just seem so flat and empty compared to the iPod days,
wish they would return some way to the rich and full sound

Pro Mini, promotion, needs way better battery life, in screen touch ID (have the one plus 8t it’s freakin awesome), Face ID with no notch (even though I’m use to it, full screen real estate would be nice), better DAC or what ever the new Bluetooth can handle at its highest.

Only things that come to mind now.

If your not used to that sound then I guess most folks won’t notice
I know what you mean, the iPhone 4 and 5 models had the Wolfson DAC chip (British firm may I add) which was superb with full, rich sound like you said, then Apple moved over to Cirrus Logic from the 6 onwards I believe. Ironically Cirrus logic brought Wolfson a few years ago.

Wish:
That the phone doesn’t overheat, regardless of situation, when recording videos.

#1 Uhh No Notch, considering the history of display technology and the apple brand, the fact that they ever even considered it and now have kept it hanging on is pretty baffling.

#2 Better Sound Quality, Premium price should equal premium audio experience

#3 battery life, better is always... uh... better

#4 they can throw in 120 hz display why not

#5 quality discount on AirPods or something, come on apple

#6 touch id, because it's better (should of never dumped it, see #1)

— Ultra Mini (to be halfway between the original SE and the current Mini)
— Option with a metal back (even if it means no wireless charging)
— Power button at the top, and not on the side

1 An iPhone where I don’t have to disable or turn off 10 features to achieve better battery life
2..An OLED screen that gives the user Adjustability as to Warm or Cool
3. Underscreen Touch ID as well as Face ID so that we don’t have to pick-up our iPhone or pull down a mask to enter ID

Not too much to ask. 3 things that the majority of users would want

Some other mechanism for doing screen shots so I don't end up taking at least 1 a day by accident
