Seeing some of the variance here I can’t help but think it depends on what you’re doing to deplete your battery on each cycle - as much, if not more than the number of cycles themselves.

and also the temperature the IPhone is used in and if it hits the 0% more often or is rechared before shutdowns.

Do any 15 Pro owners have the issue where the phone stops charging at a certain percentage? I have optimized charging options off and charging set to 100%.
Whenever i have my phone wirelessly charging it stops around 92% and stays there for hours. I have to plug it in when i get to work to fully charge.

Maybe it gets to hot and stops charging for safety?

It could be internally but the device itself isnt hot to the touch. If i plug it in at work sometimes it takes a long time to charge 92% to 100%.
It’s totally fine that it takes a bit longer to charge from 92% to 100%, that’s normal I think and happens to my 15 PM too!

And yes just take a look at battery section next time it isn’t charging past 92% - if there’s the message that it stopped charging because of heat, then you’ll know.

Your Apple lithium-ion battery uses fast charging to quickly reach 80% of its capacity, then switches to slower trickle charging.

Is it just me, or is the 15 series dropping more quickly than others? I have an iPhone 13, with a new battery as of ~ iPhone 14 release, and it's at 84%. That's almost a year older than a lot of the iPhone 15's in this thread, but at around the same health. I have a 797 cycle count.

My wife's iPhone 15 battery is starting to not last long. I know there was concern over the 15 GPU when it first came out, do replacement batteries last longer or are all iPhone 15 batteries... not lasting that long?

I believe the same was said (and true?) about the 14 line?

iPhone 15 Pro. Purchased October 2023. Was going to try and thug it out until 2027 for the Anniversary iPhone, but not so sure.

My 15PM has the worst battery out of any iPhone I have ever had. I’m almost at 700 charging cycles with 83% with a launch day device.

My base 15 is sitting at 85% after 302 cycles; Manufactured Nov. 2023, 1st use Dec. 2023. It's been at 85% for a while now, but I'll likely jump into the iOS 19 26 beta in the next few weeks which will certainly shave a few percent off...
