I'm never sure why the "Day 1" demand. Most of us have very functional phones that can last another year as much as a few weeks. I like new things too, but waking up in the middle of the night to preorder at 3 am isn't a critical need.

I will most likely get the 15 Pro as my 13 Pro has a cracked display and 88% battery health. I am unsure whether to go Max this time or maybe hold off and wait for 16 Pro 6.3 inch? Rumours of iPhone 16 already ruining the 15 for me...

You know why they put out the same rumor every year? To make the phone appear more special then it is, to drive up the demand...because people fall for it every single time..."I got the latest iphone and you dont and its rare" and everyone else then tries to get it to feel special too and thus they sell more!

Not everyone falls for it. I upgrade my Apple stuff maybe every 3-5 years because sadly, Apple rarely gives me a reason to upgrade.

For people like me still poking around on an iPhone 12 (I know, I know) the iPhone 15 is a must have. A usb-c port is all I need.

I won’t be upgrading my 12 until the 16 😅
