My wife rolls her eyes and says "another case". Just cause she loves those freaking Loopy cases, doesn't mean there is a perfect case for me.
I am sure ultimately the RL will be on my phone the most. Closest thing I can get to Apple leather. Until they get their crap together and decide to release a premium case, RL is about the best I can do.

I'm with you all on this. My life was simpler when I could get a leather case and do the same the next year and just forget about it. Now I'm stuck with this silicone case that isn't great and always wanting something better but not liking any non-Apple options. I'd be fine if they even came out with a vegan/faux leather etc.
I would have preferred they have the FineWoven again instead of nothing at all. A big miss on Apple's part.

Gurman hasn't really been the best at predicting these things lately.
The SE will come in a press release most likely, and will come with Spring refresh case colors for the entire lineup.

I wonder if PR is going to blow past their deadline again? They were originally saying December.
Caudabe is just annoying with their “wink winks”.
The CC on the Bellroy is not bad, better to hold than the nomad traditional I had, black with the black pro looks good too.
I’m a regular here but I guess I’m not part of the obsessed crowd and more of a normal person. 😂 I’ve only got three cases since the launch of the phone. I have the Spigen Ultra Hybrid T which has been my daily driver and the only one I’ve used.
I also have the Dbrand Ghost 2.0 which I got for free as a replacement for the 1.0 and still in its shipping packaging. I also have a “leather” one with the CC button I got from Ali Express for a total of 19p. I tried that one but took it off after less than a minute as I don’t like the feel of it. Unless something really compelling comes along with the CC button cover I’ll stick with the Ultra Hybrid T. 😛
Tbh i dont even want Sheath with CC Button in its current form.

My lake green apple silicone case has started to chip at the top corners, treating the case pretty gingerly too... Suppose it was bound to happen at some point. I might try to go to the apple store and see about a replacement.
Meanwhile, the spigen ultra hybrid t came in (frost black) came in. Definitely a great case. A bit more sturdy with a good fit and finish. Will be my daily for the foreseeable future until caudabe, if/when, decides to do something.

it seems unclear to me whether it works with Apple Magsafe or if you have to use the Rokform specific ones

Aulumu vegan leather case is amazing. CC button is perfect.
I loved the Sheath back in the early days when it was like an Apple Silicone made out of TPU. For whatever reason they haven’t figured out how to do MagSafe and keep it at a reasonable weight. They probably need to do something like what Pitaka has done with their “Amber Magnet Film”, which is plenty powerful yet super light (like the entire case is under 20 grams). 50 grams for a so-called minimalist case is silly IMO.50gs for a case like it and TO is nuts.
30gs is my limit
What’s your take on the CPU vents? Do they do anything or is it just a gimmick?
I like the Ringke Onyx Magnetic case, is so thin and grippy and 0 fingerprints attached, the MagSafe ring don't show after use it, maybe they should do another one without the "camera protection"
