Same thing happened with me and the prestige case. Sent them a picture and they wanted a video, after sending the video they sent out a new case right away from China.
i guess i’ll have to do it. seems ridiculous though, photo shows the problem and i’m sure this isn’t the first case ever to have this issue. they must be aware that some come out deformed.
I received two clearly used cases from Amazon today, both were purchased as new. This has been an ongoing problem the past couple of years, which I’m certainly contributing to by returning so many cases. Chalk it up to karma I guess.
I had a symmetry turn up once with a 2 year old symmetry case, someone kept the new one and put their old case in the packet and returned it. Amazon just re sold it.
Spigen T’s. I had given away both to family, wanted to have them on hand for the occasional trips to the beach, hiking, etc.
The beats are really great, Where did you find it for 22 ? The summit stone hides the smudges nicely…
But I do hope Apple introduces a new premium case next week .

Got the Benks armorpro 600D with button a few days ago. It’s the much superior case vs the prestige in my opinion. The anti slip tpu sides are much gripper than the prestige. The back certainly has less texture, but I didn’t find the back of the prestige gave much grip anyways. Higher screen lip as well, also has a rubber lining on the inside of the camera bump so help with drop protection. Camera control works great, no metal buttons but that doesn’t bother me. No need to worry about finding the perfect case anymore, finally found the one that works best for me.

I tried the ArmorPro Montage with CC button and the case was pretty nice. I have been using the ArmorAir Aurora exclusively for months now as nothing else beats it for me.
Coming from the ArmorAir Aurora, the Montage Pro at 43g felt heavy and definitely wider and bulkier in hand but that’s speaking from someone who has gotten used to an ultra thin case.
The non metal buttons are totally fine and clicky. I actually don’t like the red/orange line in the metal action button that they offer.
The CC button in my opinion is responsive and good quality.
Fingerprints were not bad at all and the different fiber patterns of the Montage design each have different textures which is nice.
This is a gripe I’ve now had twice with the full coverage Benks case and after the Montage Pro completely realizing Benks full coverage cases aren’t for me. Around the CC button area the lip was noticeably loose around the screen and also the bottom part of the case as well. You can clearly see it doesn’t wrap around completely tight in those areas in comparison to the rest of the case and for me that bothers me. I kept pushing it in or taking the case off and pushing the lip in to try to fix it but it kept going back to its original form. This is now twice this has happened, I tried an Aurora Pro that did the same thing.
It’s a great case and I see the appeal but I returned it and will just personally stick to ArmorAir when it comes to Benks.
Just got in my Benks ArmorAir in yesterday, and I am really liking it. CC isn’t an issue anymore, and the buttons are amazing being that it’s Apple’s. It’s little slippery but maybe with some oils from my hands it will get a little easier to hold.
I did requested a replacement from Amazon because the top right corner is a bit loose, but nothing major. Gonna rock the case the rest of the weekend and see how I feel. Swiping from the the edges of the screen are a bit harder with the edges of the screen. Again nothing major, just a few small grips.

I ordered these the other night in black and saddle brown but in the vegetable tanned version which imo is a nicer looking leather than the crazy horse leather which looks dry and any scratch mark looks like an ashy mark on it.We now have another leather case with a CC button:

Nice!! I enjoyed that super thinny thin pitaka as well. Texture was awesome and full functionality of naked buttons was fun also.
I like how it makes the screen pop more too. Closest to have the naked phone.

Just had that happen on my Otterbox Symmetry Clear, load of ****.
Both my clear cases have annoyed me today, was removing my Spigen Ultra Hybrid T to put the Symmetry on and I’ve only noticed how yellow it’s going already, only got it in December.
