Right now the apple silicone. I’m not going to have a case with a cutout. Just personal preference.
That’s disappointing about the flappy sides. How tight is the fit otherwise?
Been going back and forth with Frosty Gen6 and Frosty Flex all day …both equally top shelf for my needs. Aramid Flex ended up being my most used case for the 15PM and I can see the same happening this year. Especially with this useless button Apple decided to slap on the side of the phone.
Using last years button components with the texture are a must change for the Gen6.
Tomorrow I will post some pics.
Pitaka also decided to ruin the military grade case. Like someone mentioned with a screen protector there is zero protection and the case is much more slippery this year. Def going back.

im pretty sure they will label it as new or something but they said to expect it around mid october but as of right now the best one is the belkin one that apple installs as i resorted to that and its perfect
you know theres a hidden plus with the cutouts for the camera a lot are not realizing, ive been using the mous limitless and i actually find that the cutout helps you find the camera control without thinking about it.
Looking forward to the pics! On my 14PM I used the Gen5 most of the time since they added grip to the sides. I think the 12PM was the last time I used the Flex. I remember being torn between the two both times.
I noticed that the impact points of the Gen6 is Frosty, while the Flex looks like the impact points would be on the black frame. That has me leaning more towards the Flex since I’ve seen the clear back crack easily.
I also finally received mine. On the inside it is still called Mag EZ Pro.
I really love the case. It is absolutely thin. But it annoys me that even with the thin Belkin UG Screen Protector it lays directly on the glass. They could make it 2mm higher and it would be the perfect case for me. That`s very disappointing.
As it is, I am going back to my Sheath and stick with it for a while. I will get a Leather case eventually.
I decided to buy less cases this year. With the 15PM I bought way too many.
Exactly just a tad bigger and the case would have been top shelf. Seems a lot of companies had the wrong dimensions when they started making these cases because there are a few companies out there that are thinner than last years cases.
Like you, I am def limiting my purchase history.

I’m returning it because the camera button cut out is awful and I don’t like the colour.
If I’d have liked the colour more I probably would have kept it. If they release any lighter colours I’ll probably order another one.
I have the Torras screen protector as well on my 16 Pro Max and it looks the same in the camera app. As for the edges I put my Spigen Ultra Hybrid T case soon after the screen protector was applied and never noticed the edge. With the case on it’s probably a moot point. I’m happy with it. 😃👍
Frosty Gen6 will be my go to for the time being…well along with the Frosty Flex. I wish I could get cases with non camera control cutouts…offer me the alternative version damn you lol. Adding a button to a phone just seems so non Apple and would have loved to known why that was implemented.
Anyways, I added the matte black components from last year and the case is much better than the new flat buttons @TechnicallyTee mentioned a few days ago …another poor decision by a case company. I don’t know who green lights these mistakes.

I have went through every page of these cases! It really is fun seeing what everyone is getting. I keep getting cases and returning them….lol. In the past I felt like I was able to find the perfect case and this year it looks like I will need to wait a little while longer.
The Apple logo isn’t perfectly centred, and the front protection feels like it’s only 1mm deep over the top of the screen protector, but otherwise wow.
The screen really pops, and the Ti finish on the sides is just right to hold.
I think this one might be a keeper.
They definitely went back to flat buttons so they could sell more “ultra style” button kits lol it was a smart move financially for them

I imagine the Flex feels thinner because of the lack of sides? I’m trying to go for a thinner feel this year. But I loved the grip of the Gen 5 Rebel. Mannnn
