Right now the apple silicone. I’m not going to have a case with a cutout. Just personal preference. What u using then?
That’s disappointing about the flappy sides. How tight is the fit otherwise?Got the spigen thin fit today. Only camera I have is my phone so can’t post pics.
I’m undecided. The camera button cut out is huge. And that side of the case is quite flappy because of the gigantic cut out.
But it feels lovely in hand. Adds very little bulk to the phone. Magnets are good. Buttons are great IMHO.
Went for the abyss green. Just looks ‘dark’ to me. Wish they had decent colours.
Bummer about the Pitaka. Thanks for the info…Been going back and forth with Frosty Gen6 and Frosty Flex all day …both equally top shelf for my needs. Aramid Flex ended up being my most used case for the 15PM and I can see the same happening this year. Especially with this useless button Apple decided to slap on the side of the phone.
Using last years button components with the texture are a must change for the Gen6.
Tomorrow I will post some pics.
Pitaka also decided to ruin the military grade case. Like someone mentioned with a screen protector there is zero protection and the case is much more slippery this year. Def going back.
im pretty sure they will label it as new or something but they said to expect it around mid october but as of right now the best one is the belkin one that apple installs as i resorted to that and its perfectHow would I know when they’ve released new ones?
Looking forward to the pics! On my 14PM I used the Gen5 most of the time since they added grip to the sides. I think the 12PM was the last time I used the Flex. I noticed that the impact points of the Gen6 is Frosty, while the Flex looks like the impact points would be on the black frame. That has me leaning more towards the Flex since I’ve seen the clear back crack easily.
Really good!!That’s disappointing about the flappy sides. How tight is the fit otherwise?
I have the Torras screen protector as well on my 16 Pro Max and it looks the same in the camera app. As for the edges I put my Spigen Ultra Hybrid T case soon after the screen protector was applied and never noticed the edge. With the case on it’s probably a moot point. I’m happy with it. 😃👍I hate recommending a screen protector because from reading the threads around here, people want perfectly rounded edges, a black border that doesn’t cover a half a pixel on any side, coverage right up to the titanium frame, and a perfect, easy to install, dummy-proof/lint free installation or else it’s sub-par. I have no problems with my Torras. Installation was easy, bubble-free after sitting over night, and lint free. Others struggled with their installation. I didn’t. The black border is right up to the edge of the screen. Looking straight on it doesn’t impede on the screen. On an angle it will cover the edge of the screen a bit because that’s what happens when something is above something else. This fact drives some members here crazy. They put the camera app on and check to make sure none of the highlighted corners of the “viewfinder” are covered. Here’s a picture of mine.

If you tip it on an angle left and right, the vertical lines will disappear behind the black border of the screen protector and the perfection-seekers lose their minds. The edges aren’t as smooth as they could be, but with the Benks on, it makes it a moot point. If any of these “problems” bother you, then maybe the Torras isn’t what you’re looking for. Anyway, my Torras went on straight lint-free, bubble-free and I couldn’t be happier. Maybe I’m not demanding enough. 🤷♂️
Frosty Gen6 will be my go to for the time being…well along with the Frosty Flex. I wish I could get cases with non camera control cutouts…offer me the alternative version damn you lol. Adding a button to a phone just seems so non Apple and would have loved to known why that was implemented.
Anyways, I added the matte black components from last year and the case is much better than the new flat buttons @TechnicallyTee mentioned a few days ago …another poor decision by a case company. I don’t know who green lights these mistakes.

The Apple logo isn’t perfectly centred, and the front protection feels like it’s only 1mm deep over the top of the screen protector, but otherwise wow.
The screen really pops, and the Ti finish on the sides is just right to hold.
I think this one might be a keeper.
I’m so between this and the Flex. I’m trying to avoid ordering both of them and the Air, lol.Frosty Gen6 will be my go to for the time being…well along with the Frosty Flex. No really no. Fancied something in the “more protection than just a screen protector, but still get to hold the actual phone” category. Each to their ownPresumably, you're having a laugh?

Apple should ban you from buying an iPhone. What you done there should be declared as a criminal offence.View attachment 2433276View attachment 2433278View attachment 2433279View attachment 2433280View attachment 2433281Decided to try something a bit different this year and go with a “Z case” from AliExpress (Oatsbasf MagSafe)

Ruined the F out of your beautiful device.
