Tried one out when they first launched and it felt a bit cheap, but seeing these pics... you make it look nice.

It still feels cheap to me. I used one for a week and returned it. The glossy back was not doing it for me.

I want the pitaka so bad but the cut outs are almost tooo big they bother me 😂 I ran a 0.3 thin generic case at the end of my 15PM, loved it. Saw on a YouTube review that for a thin case, the beats still looks like it can take a drop or two. More than say the apple clear case.

It took me a bit to develop some muscle memory to avoid the cutouts on the Pitaka. Once I did that it became much more enjoyable.

They nailed the button, but that camera protector… yikes. Hopefully the Gen 6 comes with the standard ring, can’t tell from the website.

my magbak elite case shipped and is scheduled for delivery on Monday. kinda excited for this one. when i ordered it said it would ship 10/25-10/31. the site now says ships 11/4-11/8. i chatted in and asked if all orders moved to the 11/4 window and they said no, only new orders. me being skeptical figured they weren’t being upfront and figured i wouldn’t get till after the 8th.

Ah OK. I thought they were initially going to release a cutout version, but then changed to a CC cover design which delayed the release. Didn’t understand that there would be two versions…

Yep. I had the same with the Gen 5 Clear Case last year.

Curious about this one, particularly the screen protector that slots into the front lip of the case. Would love to see pics and get your impressions once you have it.
