Why are you going to at&t Friday? I'd wait to cancel until you are at AT&T and they have the phone for you, just in case. Then you'll be able to cancel (unless it's shipped) in store, and the sales rep can help you through the process. Once you've cancelled it, you will be re-eligible for your Next upgrade.
I could not find it. Considering the high demand for Jet Black and Black 7 Plus iPhones, such a thread should be among the stickies.
Anyone else having trouble with my choice allowing them to have their phone delivered to a ups hub? Mine is saying not available at this time.
I'd definitely get to the store first and see if they have it lol. I just wanted to make sure I wouldn't be screwed over because I already "upgraded"
You want to cancel your Apple order 48 hours prior to going to the AT&T store. You should be good if you do that.
Don't worry dude. I have nothing on support profile or UPS, but I'm also preparing for shipment. We'll get our phones on time. Just gotta be a little extra patient for those updates.

Tried calling in yesterday and waited for hours only to be disconnected. Figured I'd try this morning and got right in. Very nice lady was able to upgrade my shipping to overnight for free. Changed my delivery date from sept 27-29 to 20-22 .. hopefully it comes sooner tho.

How soon after we're able to track is it safe to set it for hold for pickup? I've always had mine held for pickup, but generally haven't gotten the tracking number until a day or two before, once it's already in the US. It does offer me the option to set for hold right now, but IDK if I should wait until it's at least in the US first.

That may be because it is not in the states yet? Not sure though.
I was able to locate my tracking number, but unable to see it in MyChoice with all of my other packages. I tried to sort it online at their website, but I'll just give them a call tomorrow to have it sorted, then hopefully it will show in MyChoice and I can redirect to a UPS Access Hub. Even if not, as long as you can verify identity they can redirect package via phone. I did it in 2014 for the iPhone 6 Plus.
