Discovered I jotted down the incorrect billing address with my card number during pre-order. Still in processing and I'm having a hard time get ahold of anyone to change it. Probably going to get declined and lose my order. FML
Gold 7+ 256GB 9/16 delivery - still says preparing for shipment on Apple's site, but have a UPS tracking number via the UPS My Choice app.
But not movement from processing on Black 7+ 128GB in the 10/4 delivery window.

Even if your card gets declined Apple will give you a chance to either correct your info or pay with a different card. Happened to me with the iPhone 6 Plus. Apple sent me an email saying my card was declined and I had to call my credit card provider to clear the payment (they had flagged it as fraud). I did not lose my order and the shipping date was not affected so I don't think you should worry.
Had issues with the website but got an order at 3:31am EST for a 7+ black 128gb for October 4-10th. At 8am I preordered a black 7+ 256gb for a launch day pick up at Best Buy. I don't "need" 256gb but I'm wondering if I should just cancel my Apple order?
Does anyone who chose pick up in store have a status other than Processing Items? Mine says "Processing Items. Check-in window: Friday, September 16, between 11:00 a.m. and 11:30 a.m."
I'm assuming that it's a good sign that mine shows that date and time, but that is the date and time I chose when I made my purchase. I'm not sure if that is telling me that is the date and time I can expect or if it is just showing me the date and time that I requested.
Like many others I woke up at 11:55 pm and was clicking refresh at 12:01. The servers were offline for me until around 15 minutes after preorders were supposed to start. I finally got a connection using my iPhone's app store app but then when I got to the final step it wouldn't process. It was saying the carrier could not be reached. I tried over and over again for about 5 minutes or so and then got on my PC. I was able to get all the way through the process on my PC but it was around 30 minutes after preorders began. I was able to place my order and choose pick up in store on the 16th. I received an e-mail at 12:37 confirming my order and telling me that it is being processed.
It shows on the orders page that there is a status of "Shipping to Store". I would feel a lot better if that is what mine said instead of processing. Does anyone who chose pick up in store have the "Shipping to Store" status?

Yes - have tracking through MyChoice - official status still "preparing for shipping". iPhone 7 (not plus) 128gb Jet Black. Order confirmation email 12:12 PST.
I was so confident that I was able to get my phone on the launch day so I listed my iPhone 6+ on ebay 1 day before the pre-order day. and it was sold right after 4 hours later I listed.
Is there anyone you know with a phone you can use in the meantime? Even a flip phone?

my order went from "prepared for shipment" BACK to "processing" yesterday. Has this happened with anyone else? My card has been charged yesterday (7+ verizon 128 black, ordered 6am CST on friday).
I live in a smaller city with just two AT&T carrier stores on each side of town- I have a good feeling I'll be able to snatch a 128gb black 7+ on launch day as opposed to waiting on my 10/4 pre-order date. Anyone else?
Shipping info popped up on UPS courtesy of the MyChoice app. Black 128GB 7+. Contemplating calling UPS and having them hold it at the hub near me. We are heading out Friday afternoon so I'd rather not be waiting for the UPS guy. Will probably be able to pick it up when they open at 10AM if I have them hold it. Anyone have experience with this?

Black 128GB iPhone 7. Not Jet Black, just regular black. I know that people who are having them shipped directly to them are starting to see changes in their status. I'm just wondering if anyone picking theirs up in store are seeing any status changes.
