At that time I was still trying to connect to the store. So I had no chance at all of getting 9/16. Ended up with 9/27-29.
I order 2 the same way and time almost and didn't see it for a week! The I phone 5 I ordered around 6:00am launch day and didn't see it for about a month! I have totally excepted that when you preorder you may or may not see the item that week! The only time I have ever preordered and got it on launch day was the PS4 and I ordereded that 6 months before it came out!

No. And i paid full price for the phone. But I was confused cause the Apple guy on the phone and the Verizon lady both said i had to agree with the new terms and conditions of the phone first. But i was like huh? There is no new contract, cause i paid full price.

That scan time matches the departure time of UPS flight 61.
Mine departed at 3;43 which matches UPS flight 81.

Nope. Mine's like that too. But it might change, but not until after after the 16th at least. It could move up. That's what happened last time.

That does look like the most likely as it was originally scheduled out at 3:15 AK time. I guess I'll only know for sure when I get the arrival scan.

For what it is worth ordered two cases on the 9th scheduled for delivery on the 14th now being delivered tomorrow the 13th.
