I think my black att 7plus black is hanging with you. It's been there a couple days. A couple of years ago when our phones were stalled in China, we called this 'shanghaied'.

I believe that if it is from 50%-75% already paid you can have a new phone.

I was quoted a 09/26-10/03 delivery date. The rose gold iPhone 7 plus still hasn't shown up on my support profile.

It doesn't say. It shows this only in the UPS App. Online everything seems just dandy. The package has also now departed ZhengZhou, China 09/13/2016 4:46 P.M. So I am not worried.

I am thinking the exception might be the fact I have changed it to hold at a CC.

My 128 matte 7 is not in UPS yet but I stuck in my friends number and his is.

based on his order it can be searched by phone number, order number (minus last 2 digits), or 4 other numbers that are listed in the reference section. Maybe someone else has an idea about what these other numbers are.

Also can be searched by serial number

Apple still shows preparing for shipment, buy My UPS tracking shows it's already left China and is currently en route from Anchorage.

Ordered 2 black 128gb iphone 7. Got email at 3:16am ET and delivery date of 16 Sept. But its been preparing for shipment for 3days!! Still no phone in support profile and nothing in UPS or Fedex.

So how are people tracking on ups and FedEx ? What are they using to track if they haven't received the tracking number from whatever carrier FedEx or ups?

Apple won't show it as shipped until Wednesday or Thursday, at least this is historically the case... just a sort of added precaution to keep customers from managing to some how get it early as they don't know it's new sitting in their local hub for the past few days. In either case, apple requires them to hold until Friday, so getting it pre launch day is extremely rare.

That one is probably your rose gold plus. It's showing up as jet black in my profile as well. I think the 7s all show as jet black on the support profile.

I ordered 7+ JB been processing still Friday. Ordered at 3:08 EDT, delivery of 9/26 - 10/3. Checked by reference on UPS this morning with order number and got tracking, showing delivery on 9/16.

Finally was able to track via UPS by reference with order# minus last 2. Also showed up in my choice UPS. Apple still shows preparing for shipment, still no show in support profile. Finally can get excited now that I'm showing some movement of my phone.
