iPhone 7/7+ Apple.com Pre-Order Thread

Since my profile says I'm a newbie, no one is likely to believe me. My 7+ matte black was order around 2:10a central last Friday. Has shown as 'preparing for shipment' since 5a that day and was charged my card was charged at the same time. Been waiting since then for shipment details....

It now shows up in my support profile, but still says 'preparing for shipment' in the Apple Store app. I checked ups using my phone # as reference, and I see a new item. In ZhengZhou as of this morning, but says delivery by Thursday Sept 15 by 10:30a.

Guessing it has to be a mistake, or the date will soon change to Friday. Still...weird. I'll try to post a screenshot soon, if the date doesn't change later this morning.

So if we're all getting our launch day phones Friday the 16th, and Aus is 17hrs ahead of America, does this mean we will actually get ours a day earlier than Americans?? It's Tuesday night, 9.15pm here atm.

128GB Rose Gold 7+, ordered 5.03 (launch hour here) delivery for 16/9. Showed up in support profile this evening, charge is pending, status is shipment pending. Anyone have any idea what shipping company is being used for Aus, and where they're coming from?

My iPhone 7 Jet Black 256 (AT&T) is finally showing on UPS Tracking. Had to search by reference number. It's also showing in my support profile. I ordered at roughly 5:00 a.m. EST (overslept) if this information helps anyone.

Hooray mine is shipping it appeared during night in my support profile and as I suspected my old appleid profile with the nonemail user name that i use for music, tv and movie from itunes, apps from app store and ios app store (so as to not loose all the ones bought over years under that). That is id I still use at apple store not my newer icloud required email address id... ;-) learning alot this year


And sure enough it is in tracking. It arrived from factory in Hong Kong about 7 AM EST this morning and is on time here is my tracking but I learned it was not stored in the US anywhere. I ordered at 2:15ish AM CST Illinois on the apple store when I could finally get in (apps did not work, it was safari on mac). Got my email at 2:28 AM CST Illinois. So it came from factory even though I got in fairly early and is is a silver 256GB 7 Plus, not stored locally those must have been all sold long before I got my order in -- think that answers most questions. My phone number worked like a charm once it was tracking from factory to Hong Kong.

I am not worried. I have never been able to track my phone early. Usually it's always Wednesday afternoon when I get an email from Apple. So this is a typical launch for me.

what is calling going to do? if it says you're getting it Friday, you're getting it Friday. it's honestly either stateside already and they aren't updating your tracking status until tomorrow or Thursday or it's catching a later flight from China today or tomorrow. it'll get here on Friday. trust. i've gone through 4 of these launches and when apple says it'll get here launch day; it will.

Yep mine also left Schenzhen 5 hours ago and now in Hong Kong also. Seems like a different route than some? Just interesting to see routes.

My charge has completed. It says Sale instead of Pending now in my bank app. It actually changed maybe 2-3 hours ago.

My credit card has now also been charged
