To get your full tracking #, just right click on the webpage, click on view page source then do a find with the last 4 digits. you will find a number of lines, but eventually the set of numbers starting with 1Z will be your full tracking # . Hope this helps

Thanks for that info. I was able to find it, although it was quite hidden. Hit CTRL F and search 1Z and you'll find it.

I'm in the same boat. Ordered 7+ 128GB silver, 33 minutes past when the store opened.
No reference tracking, not in my support profile, still processing with a 27-29 delivery.

I've yet to see anyone with a 27-29 delivery have any luck tracking.

Yeah nothing with mine either. Ordered about 30 mins after. 256 Matte Black 7+

AT&T stores close to me have no lines ever for releases so planning on going there unless I see some updates.

MIne also, there are 2 flights close to Anchorage Alaska that left there about 8 and 9:30 PM Hong Kong time hoping that they just did not get scans out but who knows maybe they were full already and ours still waiting?

Don't know if this has been said, but if you have a UPS My Choice account the phone may show up there before you get notification. I just logged in to mine and there it was.

Same thing happened with me. Still nothing on the Apple Store app in terms of shipping info, but it appeared on MyChoice this morning.

On the side of the notification it says it is going to Georgia. I am assuming that is a hub and UPS doesn't know where this phone is going yet?

Did you call Apple or chat with an online rep to get your shipping expedited? I'm in a similar situation where I'm heading on the road for a month and am hoping I can somehow get my phone before I leave on the 23rd (27-29 ship date currently). Total long shot, and improbable, but just curious if at all possible.

I called with a similar situation. I wanted to make sure it would be delivered before the 29th as we'll be in a flight at 6am and gone for a couple of weeks. I was told that I would for sure get it before then. My shipping dates are 6-8 business days which means it will ship the 19th -21st. He said all order get shipped expedited, so no need to change. You'll notice people that have had orders expedited have not had their "shipped" dates changed. I am sure us 27-29 group will see our phones by the end of next week if not sooner.

IF YOU CAN'T FIND TRACKING WITH ORDER NUMBER , USE YOUR PHONE NUMBER ON BILLING ADDRESS . IT WILL SHOW.

All my device order with Apple T Mobile sim free , I tried with my order number but nothing show with UPS but on Apple Support profile showed .

Use phone number with billing address if you order with T Mobile sim free because order number only work if you order with Verizon , Sprint and AT&T

False alarm. I clicked on Mail Innovations. Unfortunately if you put in your order number, then any 9 digit zip code that page I posted will pull up.

My 7+ 128GB black shows as October 4th-10th on Apples site, and UPS has nothing for my order number or phone number

Same here nothing yet. We will prob get phone in September 24 or so just a guess

My wife going in for c section Friday. Too bad I have to wait for my phone. It's our 3rd kid so no biggie. I'll get there when I get there but rather have the new phone to take better pics of the little guy.

Okay this is getting annoying. Gold 128 GB Verizon iPhone 7 Plus. Been preparing for shipment since Friday or Saturday. Not in My Support Profile. Not in UPS. I got nothing. But it says delivering September 16.

I just noticed that my charge is gone as well! I haven't had that happen in any pre-orders. The actual order still just says preparing for shipping, but my logical side is telling it will be okay, because its not in the processing phase, but my un-logical side is cringing.

My phone is also still there - I'm hoping like you it just didn't get a scan and will show movement soon. I have UPS sending me text alerts for that package when it moves again.
