Got an update this morning my phone had a departure scan from Chek Lap Kok at 4:30pm (Hong Kong time)

Then I got a text from UPS saying
"UPS http://m.ups.com/t/MYTRACKINGNUMBER/enUS EXCEPTION as of 09/14/2016 09:37 PM.Reply STOP to cancel msgs"

UPS website didn't show any info. I called and a lady told me there is adverse weather conditions but my shipment should be on time (Friday) but it still has to go through customs.

I had the same thing - departing same time from CHeck Lap Kok and I got a text saying exception but when I go to UPS it says still On Time....not sure what that is about....

i think it's b/c you submitted a request before it got scanned again so when they scanned, it showed that exception as a 'status' thing. i just submitted my request so i bet when mine lands in anchorage and they scan the arrival scan, i'll get the same message. basically the system saying, 'ok got it' - at least that's how i'm interpreting it.

They sent it to another state Tennessee. And from Tennessee back to Louisiana. So it happens. But I still got my phone. Not sure why they would bounce the phone around so much. But I guess UPS has their reasons.

So... what you're telling me is to calm down and be patient... cuz things don't always make sense..hahah...how do I get my tracking number? It hasn't show on my ups and Apple hasn't updated from processing.?
 
Has anyone who's phone(s) are in Louisville gotten the Import Scan done yet? Mines been there since last night, and hasn't, but I'm not really expecting it to until much later today/tonight.

If you don't care enough about the colour, then change it. Get one easier to find. That decision is yours to make.

I went through the whole wait-several-weeks-despite-getting-up-and-preordering-in-the-middle-of-the-night thing a few years back, when the gold colour was announced. I love the gold, and have stuck with it since. I'm getting my phone Friday, because gold is no longer the hot item, but it's the one I love.

So you can either hold out for the colour you love, or get something you don't like as much, just to have it in-hand sooner. But only you can make that decision.

Same. Just arrival scan in KY. it will probably be distributed tonight or tomorrow for Friday deliveries. At least ours is stateside and waiting distribution. 7+ 256g black. can't wait.

Nope, last scan done was the arrival scan at 1:19AM in Louisville.

I got mine by going to ups.com. Hit tracking at the top. And on the left hand side track by reference. And simply put country US. And my phone number with no dashes as my reference number. It then pulled up my phone, and showed me where it was. It also gave me a tracking number when doing this, but i had to log in to mychoice to get the tracking number.

I tracked it by reference and was able to find it by using my Apple order number minus the last two digits. I'm using UPS My Choice as well.
 
Email confirmation arrived 9/9/16 12:33 PST for iPhone 7 Plus Jetblack 128gb and Black leather case. Phone:
Ships: 4-6 weeks
Delivers: Oct 19 - Nov 1 by Standard Shipping

Paid with Visa Debit card, the card was charged for the price of the leather case when it shipped, has scheduled date 9/14. Haven't been charged for phone, should I be concerned for using visa debit or I will get charged for phone when it ships?

Not the case all of mine show black even the ones I know are Gold or Rose gold the same all show black in the pics
 
Anyone here order a ATT 128gb Plus Black, get a confirmation at :13am and its preparing for shipment or has shipped? Was your original delivery date 27th to the 29th?

I am seeing mixed reports and I really wish we would've started a spreadsheet like we didnt for the apple watch but I want to know if anyone with the same delivery as me has been charged and/or shipped. Mine was apple pay and there was never a verification charge that I saw on my account. My significant others order was via CC because she just got her phone replaced so apple pay wasnt set up. Even thou apple pay was faster, her phone shipped first :(.
