CrackerJackToy above makes a good point....it might honestly have been by boat to Taiwan from HK if it took 10 hours between scans and then when they finally made it to Taiwan, everything was grounded b/c of the closure of Taoyuan airport...

You're right! That must have just updated. Fingers cross we can depart (and actually land in AK).
I found this out when I was trying to order the phone. It delayed my order by 40 mins due to me jumping from ATT.com to APPLE.com trying to find the $199/$299 pricing, but then i just sucked it up and ordered it unlocked @ full price. ATT offers that option or NEXT (payments). First time ive ever had to buy an iphone @ full price
Flight UPS99 landed safely 20 min ago with my phone... I hope everyone with phones on those delayed flights gets them on time... Louisville, here we come
Once Friday passes other phones will ship next week other than gloss black 7plus models.
I don't know much of anything about sea travel, but with that typhoon bearing down, would even a large cargo vessel have set out for Taiwan in those conditions? Maybe so: those giant ships do move through severe weather.

So I canceled my order for the 256 Matte Black 7+ that was scheduled for 9/26-/9/29, I still have my 256 7+ RG for pick up on Friday 9/16, I will just try to snag a Matte Black while I am there. Hopefully my cancellation will help someone get theirs sooner.

i see on that link that it's AK > KY but there was no departure scan for taiwan so maybe we still made it??

ZhengZhou, China 4:49PM departure is now in Anchorage, AK! That was quick.
Also, received my two cases today - Leather in Storm Gray and Silicone in Stone. The leather quality seems nicer than the year prior and the aluminum buttons are a metallic gray rather than straight chrome. The Silicone in Stone is exactly the same except for the larger camera hole.

For a while it said 'ships two to three weeks, Delivers 10/4 to 10/10'
Randomly it he changed to 'ships two to three weeks, delivers 9/30-10/06'
I realize I'm in the later shipping group... but damn if not hopeful to get it sooner! Two hours after launch is not exactly good timing, but I got my 6s+ last year almost three weeks ahead of the November 11th ship date I had, and I ordered a day AFTER release!
Sigh. Just hopeful.

The flight you have highlighted shows Anchorage to Louisville though.
You're right. It previously had different locations. I'm guessing 6061 is our way out.
