But.. Apple hasn't charged my CC yet. I just don't understand why people that got later delivery dates are already being charged and the status of their orders changed to preparing for shipment..
I really don't understand why.
Well just got an update email from ups. My phone won't be delivered till Monday. It's gone from China to Taiwan and now it's sitting in Japan.

The ships: dates are the same though. We all have 6-8 business days...so they may be going off that. You will see your charge and status change today.
There were people in the past that received their iPhones before they were charged on launch day.
You should also double check and be sure that the charge wasn't declined. Happened to me a few minutes ago because Apple charged the Apple Watch first; then a second larger charge triggered a fraud warning.

Today my 6s is rocking the new Lightning EarPods with the new UAG iPhone 6S/7 case in black.
I also think that in all honesty a lot of us who's phones are still saying Louisville, KY, United States could be on the move, I have seen it a million times were the depart scan does not update until it gets to the next place like it will show up that it left KY at 5:30pm the same time its scanned is at arriving in GA at 11:30PM.. So their could be some behind the scenes movement that we are not seeing
I really can't wait for this to be over so that I can get back to being normal lol. We'll all be feeling silly tomorrow once we have our phones in hand. All that panicking for nothing.

Going through this before with carriers the biggest complaint was for people getting phones on launch day that did not preorder. People got really irate. They felt preorders should be filled before walkins. I think in cases where there appears to be such shortages that should happen. I am sure some won't agree but in all fairness that would be first come first served.
