Yeah, the one time I had FedEx deliver my phones on launch day, they tossed them onto the porch and didn't bother to ring the bell. Fortunately, I lived in a very rural area at the time and didn't have to worry about theft. So ridiculous, though! I just happened to go out the front door to make a phone call and about stepped on them.

it's my favorite case out of all the other cases i've tried on my 6 plus. i honestly think i bought 6-7 different cases for my 6+ and my favorite ended up being the apple silicone one. yeah, it's pricey but i think it's worth it b/c i never looked back or wanted to change it. i like that it's grippy b/c of the silicone but not so grippy that it's like weird feeling, you know? it's like the perfect smoothness/grippy ratio lol..and it does protect the phone! i dropped my 6 and i have a slight dent in the case but hey - it did its job :) 6+ still flawless. so that's why i got it for my 7+ :)

Only annoying thing is having to individually re-download all the Apple Music songs I had downloaded on my old phone. Everything else is going smooth.

My JB 7+ 128Gb ordered within a minute of the site being live, given the 9/28-10/03 shipping date has finally changed over to Preparing for Shipment.

I guess everyone who ordered sometime in the first 10 minutes or so can be sure you'll get your phone sometime next week.
 
FYI I did the suggested update by just letting it backup. It is backing up all the files, data, music from my 10.0.0.1 archvie anyway and letting me do 10.0.0.1 update later weird. Busy putting music back and all my files. itunes connection was slow and problematic likely with whole bunches of new phone owners hitting it LOL

yes, it's called System Haptics. It's like a response to something you toggle on your phone to give you "feedback" that you did it. go to settings > sounds & haptics and scroll to the very bottom. turn off system haptics if you don't like it.

Very awesome! My UPS driver was all like, "Your new Apple phone is here!" LOL

He was a cooler, middle-aged guy. Maybe late 40s. Funny thing.

Does anyone else with a 23-27 delivery date have a tracking number yet? I've been charged, order says preparing, but it's still not in my support profile and nothing under reference tracking on UPS...
 
So is anyone else glued to the front window, watching for the brown truck but thinking, with every car that pulls up in front of the house, "Well, maybe the UPS guy noticed my package left on the truck late and offered to just drop it off on his way home, in his personal car...." Yeah, beyond grasping at straws now. Lol!

Omg! I wonder if I can call the CC here? I can't seem to find a number for them but they probably have my phone as well! I had mine scheduled to be held at the CC. Still no updates from them at all.

5 pm and still waiting. I've got the dreaded "Scheduled delivery information unavailable". I'm optimistic it shows up today because the airport it left last night is 3 hours away. I'm glued to the window because I want to sign for it in person rather than pre-sign.

Also I haven't seen one UPS truck drive through my neighborhood today, which is unusual.
 
setting up my 7 Plus 128 Black AT&T, I've been getting by with 64GB before but seeing all that extra space now is terrific!

Do you love the plus? Was there something particular that made you go for the bigger phone?
