I tried to read back as far as I can but this thread gain 14+ pages since I last visited last night so I cant catch up all the way.

Anyone with a ATT 128gb Plus Black that had a shipping confirmation between :08 - :14 and had a delivery date of 27-29th that went PFS have a label / tracking yet? I tried searching by reference using order number (minus last two digits, this is how it shows up on the other order reference) and phone number, nothing yet. Apple Store Order still shows PFS. Hoping they ship sometime in the next two days (most likely Sunday) so we can have them early next week.

I pre-ordered my iPhone 7 (Jet Black, 128G) with an arrival date on 9/16 held at the UPS location (the main UPS distribution point in Manhattan NYC). I went to the UPS location today at 4 PM (the customer service area closes at 9 PM). I stayed until I was the last person but was told at 11 PM that they can't find it + probably lost it.

The customer rep told me that I could either wait for the package in hopes that it pops up somewhere or just claim it as lost with Apple. I was too exhausted, hungry, dehydrated to be mad so I just left. I'm not sure what route I should take. Any thoughts?
I'd claim it with apple asap. No point in delaying.

I would call UPS corporate and tell them all of this. Usually the logs they have of shipments is VERY detailed, so they will be able to see who handled it last and then question that person. During a Apple Launch, when you see several thousands of boxes looking the same, you kind of have an idea what it is and I wouldnt be surprised if people get sticky fingers.

I would also reach out to Apple ASAP and let them know too. Once Apple starts an investigation on top of UPS, I bet you your phone will MAGICALLY show up and it was "in this one area on this one shelf where nothing normally is".

Sucks that you dont have your phone but im hoping you dont have to wait long, let us know how it goes!

Are you regretting that?? I have small hands so the plus is just too bulky for me.
No I'm not regretting it. I'm happy with it. On my 6S Plus I didn't use a case, but this is so small and slips out of my hand so I'll get a slim case with a clear back.

Thank you kind sir. I always forget they will show up on support profile before a label usually gets created. Hopefully we see movement our Saturday night, China's sunday

My phone was schedule for delivery 27-29. It went to shipped this morning @6:13 am and the tracking # shows the phone is in Hong Kong . Delivery expected Monday end of the day 7+/black/256. Oh and is also in my support page, however since everything happened overnite/early morning I don't know what happened first. Shipped status/label or profile page.

Good points. I'll def give them both a call tonight. However, if the phone is indeed lost/stolen, I think i'm in the back of the queue for one right (aka a few months)?

Guys I just noticed 1€ was charged on my CC, could it be Apple testing for charging the whole import?

I know Apple has gone to the mountains to take care of people whos phones got "lost" or damage in shipping. I mean they got a phone overnighted to them so fast it was here in 2 days at most. So I have faith apple will take care of you.

Not sure if anyone else is in the same boat as me. Ordered iPhone 7 Plus 128 GB in Black and got my email confirmation at 3:14AM EST on Friday the 9th. Status still sitting at Processing and ships in 2 - 3 weeks Oct 04 - Oct 10. Something doesn't seem right about this...BTW I used AT&T Next

Same boat here. 7 128 GB Jet Black, confirmation :08 on 9/9. Still Processing, ships 1-2weeks Sept 26 - Oct 03.

iPhone 7 Gold supposed to deliver today, got the "sorry we missed you" note.

The said they would "deliver on next weekday"

Theres no hope of them redelivering tomorrow?

I thought I remembered reading from last year UPS delivers on the weekend.

Is there a possibility?

Interesting -- never knew that. I'll keep my expectations low though (as I already had a pretty rough week and had this to top it) and be surprised if anything good happens.

FYI -- I tried calling Apple and they said "Due to extremely high call volumes, please try again later." Gotta love launch day.

It's gorgeous! I bought a new black dock for it and it looks like the friggen monolith from "2001". :cool:

A bit of trouble activating during setup. Then it went through and I restored fine. Except it didn't activate. Off to have a chat with AT&T...

On the Apple website order status there is a little box if you click it it open the tracking number and a track your package button. Confirmation email was 3:06 EST

That sounds like a plan. I usually put an otterbox defender on but this year I really wanted jet black phone but settled for matte due to the issues and then found a spigen armour case that mimics jet black. Should be here early next week. Enjoy your phone.
 
My phones arrived today. UPS just dropped them at the door. No bell and no signature required. I thought you had to sign for them. I'm just glad I was home and waiting.

Aaaaaaand now they've bumped me to Monday. I am going to LIGHT SOMEONE UP at customer service tomorrow. What the actual f*ck?! They didn't even give me an option for Saturday, so I'm going to hope that I can either get them to hold it for me to pick up somewhere TOMORROW, or see if they can get the shipping bumped to tomorrow. I wouldn't be half as mad if two different people hadn't lied to me and told me to sit there and wait and "be patient" and that they'd ensure that I got it tonight. What a load.
