It's going need to be a quick turnaround time from landing, to transferring to the local distribution center in Fife, and finally on a truck for delivery.

Mine just updated on UPS scheduled delivery is 9/17. There's also a new second import scan just now at KY.

Just got charged for my 7 Plus 128gb Black AT&T. Received my initial email at 3:15 EST with a delivery date of October 4-10th.

Edit: Entered preparing for shipment.

I feel ya! You have every right to be super angry because they just made you waste an entire day waiting around for them. They should at least let you pick it up somewhere after this fiasco.

Same thing just happened to mine! I think it is just an automated thing that happens at the end of the day. In my case, there were no additional scans or anything, it just updated a little after 9:30 PM.

I'm beginning to think mine is lost...the UPS people are telling me to call Apple tomorrow and start an investigation if there isn't any movement by then.

At the post office that's what we tell customers when we lose things haha. I'm sure it isn't the case here and it will show up. Sending good vibes! Just wish mine would ship!

No Jet Blacks man! Sorry! I actually got my iPhone 7 128 Gb. Silver but not sure if I want that or the black one for a change (the jet black looks cool but the amount of scratching it is going to suffer is not worth for a future re-sale).
Gotta check on those pick-up reservations in the US... still not available for that.

FWIW, I tweeted at them and got immediate service. They checked my order & recommended I call customer service again tomorrow morning to see if they can get it sent out for delivery then. If I'm remembering the recording right, they open at 7:30 am Eastern. Might not hurt to check your situation with them then, too.
 
People is there still the At&t offer if I trade in the iPhone 6 I will get a iPhone 7 32GB free I would like to trade in my mom iPhone 6 space Gray 64 GB for a shiny new iPhone 7

I know. I've been thinking about the scratching for the last week, but stil liked the idea of the color.
But now that I've seen that the pick-ups are available for this morning for the Matte black I went for it.

Awesome, thanks! I'll see where it is tomorrow. It just had another import scan in Louisville. Assuming they don't drop the ball again it should be on a plane here by 6:00 AM, so I'll give them a call.

The sad part is, I work right next to the airport these all fly in to, but the customer center is about 15 miles away from there, so I'll have to leave work and drive all that way to pick it up. Wish I could just grab it as it comes off the plane...

I was #TeamTyphoon as well, earlier today UPS showed "information unavailable", now it is showing a new import scan in Louisville for delivery tomorrow :rolleyes:

So my preorder for JB+ 128GB has finally gone to preparing for shipment and my CC charges. Original delivery 10/4-10/10
