Okay, then US orders have a higher priority than orders from all other countries.i'm in australia though
Pretty much what I am thinking. I have had many packages over the years where the tracking doesn't fully update, sometimes all the way up until the day of delivery. I'm sure all of our phone are currently en route and haven't been sitting in China for 2 or 3 days.
So my scheduled delivery date just updated from "Information Unavailable" to "9/19/16 by end of day". Holy crap it shows new scans. Maybe opening an investigation helped.
I just don't understand why, if they are preferring the US customers, do they include so many countries for launch day? I'm not saying they don't give priority to the US, because it seems they certainly do.
As mentioned before, it seems there were effectively no were no Jet Black models made for launch day here. I can understand the reasoning in this case, though, our model is different to the rest of the world and there is limited machinery that can produce the Jet Black.
But the German models are exactly the same to the US models, so it appears to simply be a case of favouritism. Frustrating, to say the least.
Edit: could is merely be the scale? So many people in the US hitting the preorders that it effectively excludes the international market?
It's called coil-whine and you should get a replacement. Google it, a small group of people have been facing this problem.
Mine doesn't but I have seen other people say the same thing in other threads. If it bothers you I would take it to the Apple Store and see what they say.
Anyone have any idea how to change ups delivery to hold for pickup? There's no option for it and all ups my choice lets me choose are ups stores, not the customer center....
The problem with that idea is that I received confirmation at 4 minutes past vs. minutes after that for others, that also had later delivery windows.
Yah, for both the Watch 2 and the iPhone 7 MyUPS says No Options for delivery, so that you can have it held at a UPS store.
Does this always happen or is it intermittent? Regardless I would report that to .
To tell you the truth that was an assumption since it actually was never scanned at JAX arrival. As far as I know could have been driven from Louisville to my local UPS center since it took From Louisville departure to arrival longwood fl 13 hrs. So maybe your was or is being driven to Mobile . Wish you the best of luck. Mine just changed to in vehicle for delivery!!
I'm sure I'm reading this wrong as I often do, so you'll have to forgive me But I still don't understand how I can have it held at a Customer center and not just a ups store. After I signed up for ups mychoice, the only alternate delivery option I could find was to have packages associated with my home address held at a local ups store, which I've been warned, is a bad idea as it can delay my ability to pick up the phone by a day. Sigh. I just wish I could have it stop its journey at the ups customer center (the big industrial type deal where they sort the packages I'm assuming) so I can pick it up with no delay and feel comfortable is knowing it isn't going to be left on my doorstep.
While mine is supposed to deliver 29 sept - 4 oct and it's still stuck in processing
Yup, this is true. People are posting here about getting their phones from orders they placed days after the order window opened, while people like me (in Japan) are still waiting with no estimated date for a phone (that isn't even jet black) ordered 30 minutes after the window opened on 09/09.
So my phone that had been sitting in China since 9/17 finally showed it departed about 1:30am Pacific time. Having nothing to do while working graveyard I attempted to track the flights and if I did so correctly it should end up in Louisville tonight around 10pm Pacific time after a stop in Korea and Anchorage. Holding out some hope it can make it to CA so I can get it Tuesday instead of the scheduled Wednesday delivery.

I don't understand how some people are getting skipped up, but it is happening within the US too. I had my order confirmed 7 minutes after pre-ordering went live and my phone is projected to be here Wednesday. Meanwhile people that ordered after me have had theirs delivered over the weekend or today. Not that this makes up for the fact that yours hasn't even gone to prep for shipping, but just shows that Apple doesn't seem to have a very specific order for which they are filling orders anywhere.
