UPS63 is en route to Anchorage, then on to Louisville with a scheduled arrival at 1:00 AM EDT. That should mean a Monday delivery barring any other unusual events.

Originally provided with a Wednesday delivery. Phones arrived in Louisville last night shortly after midnight from Anchorage. Received an updated delivery date email from UPS indicating they would be delivered today. Phones showed they were still sitting in Louisville on an Import Scan. Just got another email from UPS saying a Saturday delivery has been requested. Their excuse - Severe Weather Delays in Louisville. Seriously, how do they get away with these crap excuses?

Incheon, Korea, Republic of 09/23/2016 12:29 A.M. A mechanical failure has delayed delivery. We're adjusting plans to deliver your package as quickly as possible.

These are currently on UPS Flight 0049.

Just curious, how do you know this? Did you receive a departure scan? I have this status at 12:34 AM 9/23, but do not have a departure scan from Korea.

Did you get the second mechanical failure update around 5PM 9/23 in Korea too? My first mechanical failure update was 9/13 12:27AM so hopefully I'm on that flight!

I live in Louisville about 5 miles away from the receiving hub. We haven't had anything close to severe weather. Maybe a few drops of rain.

I'm in the Incheon group with a blank mechanical error scan at 7:35, package just cleared customs.

If you have this reference number "E10Y19JV4L9" you are on the same flight.

Looks like the 801 club has now been split up. I'm now part of the 11:39 departure crew that has seen no new updates since leaving KR.

Okay so last night I got to see my friends who both have 7+. One had gold and one had JB. the JB IS TOTALLY worth it. It's like a completely different phone. It's so pretty. I'm waiting for mine.

I'm an 801. Departed Hong Kong at 7:12 which is the actual departure time for flight 63 (was scheduled for 7:25). At this point there is no way that I will get my phone before Monday. Still has to clear US customs in Alaska, fly to Louisville then fly to Baltimore. Phone won't even land in Alaska until 5PM EST

I bet UPS and Apple are tired of ppl calling. They've come up w/several scenarios as to why your package hasn't arrived based on the questions you ask. That's why ppl are being told different things. I think Apple jumped the gun and shipped our phones prematurely just to spite Samsung. I'm sure they knew Samsung would be shipping replacement phones this week. Now the overseas carriers are bombarded w/product from 2 diff companies that they can't pump out fast enough. All of these false scans are probably where the package was supposed to be not where it actually was. At this point I think most of us will actually get our phones during the time frame listed on our orders. Mine was Oct 4-10.

There are logical scans and physical scans. They don't individually scan each package along the international route until they reach US and get distributed because they are wrapped up on a pallet.

I'm pretty annoyed with this. My brother ordered for pick up and walked out of an Apple store with the exact same config as me on Wednesday.

I ordered 8 minutes post pre-order launch and I've got nothing but a debit from my checking account and an inability to cancel and go through the store pick up flow. :/
