Has anyone done the Hold for Pickup request.
When I just did it it said the package would be available to be picked up today 9/23 but it just arrived in AK. I assume this is an error or do they expect it to arrive there just at somepoint today.

I was on the 801 but no arrival scan yet. Did your departure scan at 7:28? Maybe it's on UPS 59 like you said. In that case it's better for me as I live in Orange County...
I had a departure scan from Hong Kong at 7:28 PM so I think I'm on the UPS59 flight to Anchorage. I hope so!

Hey all, I thought I'd chime in finally. I preordered a 128 7 Plus JB at 3:08am EST 9/9 and got a confirmation email from Apple at 3:09am. I'm in Canada so it's a carrier free phone. Estimated shipping 2-3 weeks with a delivery of October 5-13. No movement. No charges.

I'm in the 801 group just got off the phone with UPS.
They informed me that my iPhone is going to be available for pickup tonight at my local destination facility—I'm located in central Texas. The one I'm going is open from 9am-7pm and 7:30pm-8:00pm today. They're also open tomorrow(Saturday) from 10am-1pm.
I had them hold it at the facility for me to pick up tonight. I got the 128gb JB iPhone 7 plus on AT&T's next plan on apple.com at 2:08am on release day.

Hey everyone just thought I'd contribute to the forum. I am part of the 801 crew - whaddup y'all! It's been helpful and at times entertaining to have the solace of reading this forum so thank you all for that. Never have I been more relieved to see my package arrive Alaska 12:48PM scan. I'm hoping we can make a saturday delivery somehow that would be amazing! But... seems unlikely. Anywho thanks all again

What city are you located in? I'm in LA wondering if I even have this option? How can I arrange for pickup when it still doesn't say when it will be delivered??

thats not possible unless ur in alaska. it has to go to louisville get there early am then sent to where ever you are. earliest possible would be tomorrow morning.
