It's easy to ascertain the operating hours of the DC, if there are Saturday hours then there shouldn't be a problem. The hold can always be canceled. Everyone should have UPS My Choice service to make stuff like this easy. Their service is much better than FedEx's hold service.

From what I have on the UPS Site for mine they have Will Call from 10 - 1 pm at UPS Centers.
Correct, also make sure it's being held at the DESTINATION facility and not a UPS Store, they might not deliver to the store on a Saturday. I suppose if they're delivering to the store then they'll deliver to the residence as well but at least pickup at the DC would be earlier.

I never get calls from them when I have them hold it, I just get the texts and emails with the notification that it's ready for pickup and the hours of operation.
There is a slight possiblity Apple may have made a deal with UPS to deliver the delayed phones tomorrow. Flightaware wasn't listing many flights at midnight from Louisville to diff states, but now there are almost 15+ UPS flights going out. But who knows...

I was in the 8:01 club & no luck not showing in Alaska yet. Maybe I'm on UPS 59 which should be there in about an hour and 20 mins. This is so depressing. I've never had these issues with my new phone being delivered.
