My 7+ matte black 128GB is processing, still the 6 to 8 days thing.. Hopefully I'll get it early I cannot waitttt

Black 7 plus 128gb and rose gold 7 128gb!

Black one will be here the 16th the rose gold was part of the AUP so she has to pick it up in the store at 6:30pm on the 16th as well.

Set an alarm for 2:55AM edt and was back asleep by 3:12am. Now I'm up for work!

Apple took $1 out when I placed the order, just now my card was charged for the full amount!! Are they working faster than usual this time around?

When I check my Apple.com account, my orders aren't showing and my confirmation emails didn't come through yet. Am I screwed?

It took a few minutes before my orders showed so give it a while. I did get my confirmation within about 20 minutes.

I am betting they are just temp holds that will drop off. You will get a hard charge just before shipping.

where's the original thread of this thread (before it got redirected) that had all the different links at the top for you to check when your phone is added to the apple support site (i'm completely wrong on this name) and then the links for you to check your serial number, etc? those links up top were helpful! now it's just a poll.

Anyone get a email saying they processing order but 2 hours later I get a next installment agreement followed by a reservation email for the iPhone. Now I'm confused

Question: In previous years have people ever gotten their phones earlier (or much earlier) than their estimated ship date?

I'm one of the people who was refreshing from 11:55 till 12:05 without being able to get in, and ended up with a Oct 4-10 ship date.

I wonder if the earlier you start refreshing the earlier it lets you in the queue? Like maybe those who were refreshing since 11:50 got in before those who started refreshing at 11:55? Just a thought...

But seriously, between now and release, isn't it likely that a lot of people cancel their order every year or have their order cancelled due to billing issues? Do estimated ship dates ever get bumped due to this?

My 7 + black is supposed to be delivered on launch day, but nobody will be home. AT&T doesn't let you change the shipping address or else I would've shipped it to work. I'm not sure I want to pre-sign so I guess my only option is to pick it up at the carrier or let them deliver it on Saturday? I wanted to do store pickup, but I'm pretty sure it wasn't available and can't switch now, right? Anyone have any thoughts?

I ordered two phones last night. First one was a black matte 128 GB. That order is already in the processing items status. Then when I went to order my wife's rose gold 128GB, there were issues with the Verizon system but I DID get the order through. That order is still 'We've received your order' but says Delivers by Sept 16th. \

When I checked her email this morning, she got two emails about a phone being reserved for her and to complete her order. Is this because of the issue with the Verizon system? I moved from using her phone to ordering on the PC.

Yes. Orders are more likely to arrive sooner than delivery estimate.

Did you get the jet black? Either they didn't have as much of it or it was that popular. I ordered a 6+ when it came out in 2014 but decided I didn't like it so I returned and got the 6. The original estimated ship date was like a month after I ordered it and I got it the following week. It definitely seems they inflate the shipping estimates. I hope you get it earlier!

Yes I ordered JB 7 Plus 128GB. Thanks I hope so too!!

Did anyone have trouble ordering under the iPhone Upgrade Program because it was telling you weren't enrolled? That happened to me and I was unable to purchase a phone (even though I AM enrolled in the program). I am heading to the Apple Store to get this straightened out this morning. (At this point I guess I'm waiting to get my iPhone 7 Plus in Jet Black until November...)

They put an authorization hold on your account for the full amount. It will probably fall off in a few days, and then you will be charged when the phone actually ships.

Got a 7 Plus 128GB for delivery next Friday... To North Carolina. Wife and I live in Florida, but on my M-I-L's account.

My wife could pick up her phone in store down here, but I couldn't pick up mine.

Any chance we'd be able to change that?

Does anyone remember if you have to sign for the iPhones or can they be left? I think it's always been UPS delivering. I will be going out of town the 15th and won't be back until afternoon of 18th. I can get a neighbor to pick them up so they aren't left outside but just hoping we don't have to sign.

JFC I'm tired! :mad::confused:

Got up at 11:45.... started the whole refreshing thing. Wanted to get hubby's phone ordered via his phone first since I knew it was a popular choice but my phone's app came up first... i hesitated a second before choosing the "upgrade this phone". Got my pink 7+ 256 ordered and received confirmation email 12:14

Kept trying computers, iPad, his phone... finally got his phone's app... got the damned reservation... in the meantime I tried his number via the app on my phone... reservation.... tried on the computer... reservation.... think we tried the phones again... finally did the computer again and got a confirmation of order AND 16th delivery for his black 7 128.... phew! Back to bed at 12:30... his email order confirmation came through at 12:36 (reservation email came at 2:21 with another one saying could order now at 2:53, which of course is no longer available since we already ordered....)

I already got the notice for the tax charge already for my 7+. (My phone shows "processing") His phone still showing the $1 placeholder (shows "received order")...

Now I need to go work out and go to work....

Did anyone else get a reservation number? I woke up this morning with an email saying I have till Sept 10 to finish my order to keep my spot. I'm trying to complete the order but it's timing out.

Yes signature required but I am pretty sure you can fix and pre-sign if you want to chance it
