I feel completely screwed over this year - I get a new phone every year, and NEVER have a problem. This year, the site didn't come up for me until about :09 past the hour, despite refreshing constantly.
So I add my phone to my cart, see 9/16 delivery, go through (QUICKLY) entering carrier and billing info, and by :12 past the hour, with NO forewarning, I get told that my delivery date is October 4-10, but not until AFTER the order is submitted.
128GB Matte Black, AT&T, 7+, buying outright.
So disappointed and frustrated.
