My superstar Yanci A. did not answer when I asked 'If you don't know these, who would?'.
I'm betting they're accurate and the reps on the phone have no idea what is going on and are just making stuff up at this point. They're not going to unload a plane full of items to scan each one. They're going to scan the batch. Notice the reference numbers that go along with the single tracking number. They have to be able to tie that stuff together in one logical package.
Honestly bro, I wish I was smoking something at this point.
The situation is unbelievable. No one knows where our packages are or when we'll get them. Both advertise for better service than which provided. World ease is still supposed to be 2-3 business days. It's been a week for some of us.
So after sitting 2 days in China, 2 days in Incheon, flying down to Hong King to get to Anchorage....it is finally headed to somewhere in the lower 48....likely Louisville. Maybe, just maybe the wife's phone will be here on Monday. I ordered my phone 20 minutes earlier and mine got here a week earlier. And her phone had expedited shipping. I guess if it did not have that....it would still be doing the scenic tour or Asia.

How do you place an order if there's an existing order placed against your cell number? If I try to submit an order, the system says I can't place another order until the one I ordered is activated.
Best news I've heard yet. Of course mine is scheduled for me to pick it up at a customer center so it will be Monday for me. Still awesome if that's accurate (highly suspect so)
OK well spoke with a supervisor and she assured me that for 801 groups that the 3:30 departure scan was an actual physical scan that the actual package is on the way to kentucky, but that she can't confirm if it will be delivered tomorrow she is saying Monday. I asked about apple upgrading to a Saturday deliverly but she said that was for packages that were failed to be delivered by today
So if my package was supposed to be delivered by today, I can get it by tomorrow?
Lol my package was delayed from wed - > thurs - > no date at all.. that **** should be a free saturday delivery.
That's my understanding, but honestly after speaking with all of you and UPS so many times, I think they have absolutely no idea what the **** they are talking about and they're just attempting to do damage control to the best of their ability. Who knows it seems like Saturday or Monday, I wouldn't be suprised at this point if our phones stay in korea for another few more days. I really hope not but I'm not ruling anything out. FML
They don't deliver Saturdays. However, you can contact UPS to have hold for pick-up at the UPS center. Then it won't get on the truck for Monday's delivery. However, you have to drive to UPS and pick-it up between 10am and 1pm (Saturday's hours). This is assuming it's there and scanned in by 10am Saturday
My package was due today, I wonder if that's why I was told Saturday delivery if it arrives in Baltimore in time... I think I saw a 3am?? Flight from Louisville to Bmore... fingers crossed. Ps. The respresentative I spoke to (for what it's worth, as we've all had the run around lately) did say all Apple products that were delayed would be delivered on Saturday if they arrive in their destination city in time.
I didn't get very good news from my chat with UPS. So weird because i was on the 801 train and it says my phone got a departure scan from alaska.

Are you going to attempt to do this? And will they even allow you to schedule a pickup when there's NO scheduled delivery date information available on the tracking number? Or do we have to wait until it reaches Kentucky to organize this.
