Pretty much! Hopefully we'll be on flight out tonight.
Your phone was flirting with the guys and you missed your flight. LOL My phone is traveling with Tinanguyen2016 now. It is in Anchorage. I would like it to fly down south to Seattle but I guess I will take a trip across the US to Kentucky then fly back to the west coast in a few days. LOL Depends on how long I will stay in Kentucky going through customs. Maybe your phone will catch up with mine and meet in Kentucky. LOL

Looks like I missed mine as well and came into Korea at the same time. We went from being stuck in China to stuck in Korea...
Same here. We are left behind.

Sadly, there is no flights from Incheon to AK tonight. The next flight is 10:05 A.M. tomorrow morning, Eastern Time. And there will be 8 flights from Incheon to AK from 10:05 to 11:30 A.M. tomorrow.
This is what's shown on the UPS flight info website.
Mine went from Showing delivery the 4th, to the 5th, now to unknown. Wtf
Same boat.

The UPS99 leaves out at 9:14AM EST which is 10:14PM KST which is why I said tonight. And it's suppose to arrive at 12:42PM AKDT....I want to be on this flight. At least then it'll make sense with the delivery date Apple gave me of 10/06

Not sure why the shipments are delaying in ZhengZhou, multiple members show a departure scan, then arrival scan in same location, only to have it shown back up in Korea. Must be customs. Doesn't seem to be an Apple issue. Understand UPS is operating on limited time in China due to holiday. Also, multiple members have had several delivery dates according to UPS, only to have it slip by a day each day. That's just an automated system prompt that updates based on preset transit times.

I would go off of Apple'a website and the delivery date they give you. They're tracking total ship time based on actual deliveries.

Sometimes I wish there was a legitimate direct competitor to the iPhone. A phone that would literally stop them from being so complacent because this **** is ridiculous. Waiting an entire month for a phone is just asinine.

Same for me too...

My interest has significantly decreased.

Mine has too! It was the same when I ordered my Apple Watch and it took a month from launch date to get it. But when I finally did get it, I loved it so I am hoping the same for the 7+. I'm going to pick a date and say oct. 20th... But hopefully sooner lol

I think Apple's Pre Orders are BS. I went through this a over year a go with the watch. If you pre order they should be a rule that you will receive the product on on the release day. If Apple can not do this there should not be a pre order.
Waiting a month or more for a pre order is ridiculous and finding people order the item after release date and get the item before you. Apple stop the pre order nonsense.

I just don't get it. Many of us got exact same time stamp on the arrival at Zhengzhou, CN and Incheon, KR, which should mean that our phones are in the same batch, right? Why only some of us got moved to AK? I mean, if we are not in the same batch, we should have different arrival scans. This doesn't make sense at all!
I hope that they just forgot to update our status and ours are in AK now. Haha, what a dream!

yep calling it a pre order is false advertising especially when they fill other channels despite prior orders going unfilled.

I completely agree. If Apple's logistical strategy is to fill as many orders elsewhere before preorders, then they should just get rid of preorders or at least open preorders a month after announcement.

Makes no sense to go to a store, have them tell you that you should've preordered then another year, go through the online process and have the phones in store before your preorder.

Almost 10 years of iPhones and they still haven't gotten it down. Either that or they just stick to the same logistics each year because of complacency.

That's a good question. My only guess is that they separated the shipment and the lucky boxes of iPhones got the last spots on a crate moving outbound.

This maybe the only explanation. But we were in the same batch, why bother to separate?? Did they just moved to a smaller plane? LOL
Hope ours get on that UPS99 22:14 Korean Time 10/5, as Momdebucked said.

I do not understand either. Boxes or Pallets if you have the same scan times you would think they would stay together. But there not. What figures? It looks to me my phone box was in the center one box was to my right and one to my left and one stayed in CN, one stayed in KR and one went to AK. I do not understand the sorting technique. Logically you put the phone boxes in a big box of 20 and you put 5 to a layer and there is 5 layer high on a pallet. Why would you break up these boxes? I would not think they do any sorting until they meet the big machine in Louisville.

Because they stuff as many boxes inside a giant shipping container and load it on a plane. It then gets to the UPS facility at whatever destination and gets sorted out. It then gets the same treatment as it does at any other UPS facility. Scanned and shipped. Seriously lol

The documentary is pretty interesting tbh. I always watch it whenever I wait for packages like this LOL.

Probably scanned in different containers on the same flight. One container got lucky. If we're talking thousands of iPhones and other crap from China, then it's possible.
[doublepost=1475629917][/doublepost]For those interested in scanning and sorting of individual packages. Watch part 2 of the documentary here.
