iPhone 7/7+ Apple.com Pre-Order Thread

I don't think Apple is the one to blame. Actually, they're fulfilling the orders faster now, which is what they should've been doing since 09-16…
The one who's in fault is UPS who's completely ****ing up the delivery. My phone's been in Korea since Oct.3, and my delivery date is today… And some European orders like mine that are in Korea went back to ZhengZhou or Hong Kong…

There's partial blame to both.

However, UPS has nothing to do with the fact that my 9/9 3:30 am preorder is still processing...

Yup, exactly. Order placed at 3:17 for me and I'm in the same boat. And it would have been placed 10+ mins earlier if apple's site wasn't down for the first ten mins of the preorder launch - I was almost done placing my order at one point and then got kicked out with the Apple Store maintenance message.

Germany reporting in, I have the same issue.
My Phone is stuck in Korea, order placed on September 16th.
Apple gives ma an ETA for the 11th.
Don't know what'S going on over there.

I was just thinking the same thing. At this rate I could've driven 30 minutes to my local AT&T store and had my phone in my hand in about 30 minutes. Total time an hour and a half maybe compared to almost a month and nothing.

I have the same 4:18p/7:18p Departure and Arrival for my phone. Just got off chat with UPS. I was told the second Departure/Arrival is not valid. Something about another shipment that was part of mine or whatever. I assume your situation is the same so it got to Korea 7:18p hopefully.

Wish Apple would go back to FEDEX. This is some of the worst handling by UPS I've ever seen. And this has been going on for weeks now with almost every shipment out of China.

Interestingly, my wife's Plus 256g AT&T Rose Gold, delivered quickly after order, came with 2Day FedEx. It originated from California as I recall, so maybe UPS is just for Int'l??

FYI I cancelled my 128GB JB iPhone 7+ with Apple. Ordered 9/9 expected 11/11. Checked local Target stores. Found some 20 minutes away. Drove right over and bought one. Target wouldn't allow me to buy it outright so I paid most of it off. Target is also throwing in a $50 Target Gift card with iPhone 7 purchases. Crazy! If you have a target red dot card and you put down $800 you can also save an additional 5% (cash back on card).

For mine the delivery still says today, and I know that's not happening. Assuming it lands in the US today/tonight, there is no reason it shouldn't come tomorrow.

It is then heading from Anchorage to Louisville. From there, my package has to get to Newark, and then down to Lakewood to get on a delivery truck.

It is going to be cutting it really close to get it to me tomorrow.

Yeah but it could be on UPS99 even though there was no departure scan. Scans are very delayed.
