iPhone 7/7+ Apple.com Pre-Order Thread

Ordered an iPhone 7 black 32 getting 6-8 day/27-29 message around 12:15 w time and paid with Apple Pay. I changed my shipping to my work before I got it, and it changed my billing address too..this shouldn't be a problem right? Processing...
In order to preorder iPhone 7 through Apple, it appears that at this time, you have to have some kind of mobile phone with either At&T, Verizon, TMo, or Sprint, even when buying full price. Every purchase option that I've tried through Apple requires that Apple verify that I have a pre existing account with the carrier: I can't just pre order, pick a plan, and set up a new phone number. Is this correct, or am I missing something?
Mine says the same thing.
Order starts with W53 though and I received my email at 3:14 am.
I have a pending charge on my CC.
I ordered using the T-mobile option, I was not asked to verify my account status.
Was able to reserve a 7+ 256 Black and 7 128 Gold for pickup on launch day at the local Apple Store.

Do the iPhones ship out of the United States or China? I remember last year my phone was shipped out from PA on a Monday, but this year my phone is already preparing for shipment. I'm thinking it might ship from China. Hopefully.. More fun tracking it. lol
Ordered my iPhone 7 Plus (Jet Black - 128GB - AT&T) at 4:04am ET. Card was charged right after I ordered.
Received confirmation e-mail at 11:24am ET.

Estimated Ship Date: October 14th - 21st.
I recall that I had the same estimated ship date when I ordered the iPhone 6S Plus past year and it arrived sooner than that. I can't remember how much sooner it arrived, however.
Have any of you ordered a 6 Plus or 6S Plus with a similar estimated ship date and remember when you actually got it?

Where's these people at that always create the Google spread sheets to actually quantify all this info to start providing statistical based responses to questions?
Based on demand, I would say that window may flew a few days in either direction but not much.
I ordered a iPhone 7 plus black. Estimate arrival 4-10 October. Still processing was your original estimate really 14-21 oct and its already prepared for shipping?

No problem! This is a first for me. I usually see "Processing Items" once I pre-order. I believe last year it showed "Preparing for Shipment," but then showed "Backordered" the next day. I am hoping that this isn't the case this time!
Since you pre-ordered the iPhone 7 Plus in [Matte] Black, you may end up getting yours before mine!
