I have noticed no slowing to iPhone 7 Plus from iOS 11. Maybe reset and installing as new phone may resolve problems?

Yes, it will speed up the phone itself, though iPhone 7 won't be as fast and fluid like it did on it's first OS ever(iOS 10 right?) iOS 11 is a big upgrade for aaaany kind of iPhone. Soon, iOS 12 will make iPhone 8/X slow and so on. It's pretty normal, it's just the hardware getting ancient every Major iOS update.

I suspect you are one of the few. :(
Our corporate IT group (Global) sent out a recent alert to 6/6s/7 owners that iOS 11 is likely to cause a performance issue. To be patient as Apple addresses the issue. Additionally, a reminder that as of Jan 01, all devices must be running iOS 11 (security). For older devices submit a request for a device upgrade.

That alert, what I have read, what I have experienced, what I have seen from friends and peers, a performance hit is the norm. If you are not having one, congrats. :)

btw - I did the complete reset working with Apple in an attempt to correct a major issue.

Me either. 11.2 on my 7+ is extremely fast. 11.1.2 Performed so well that I returned a 8+ that I was testing for 2 weeks and 11.2 is smoother. Just upgraded my son's 5SE to 11.2 and it's good on that as well.

iPhone 7+, iPhone 6s+, 2 iPad air 2's all running ios 11.2, all running perfectly. Apps open in less than a second.
Did I win the lottery or are all of you just hypercritical?

Just updated to 11.2 on my iPad and it crashed my device into some sort of recovery process upon restart. Apple's software quality control is an embarrassment right now.

Been a couple days now since iOS 11.2 .... latest crazy issue = these nitpicks are driving me pisser.
Each night I plug my 7+ into the bedside charger and unplug it the next morn at 100%.
That said, see the pic for my issue - Note: this is after 2 charges to 100%.

It is like it is not properly registering that it gets to 100%.
Back on the charger - this one at my desk

Btw - Since 11.2, with Auto-Correct turned off, I am still being gifted with auto-corrections in Safari. Wrong auto-corrections :(

I upgraded to 11.2 on my iPhone 7 and iPad Pro 9.7...no issues whatsoever. Apps do sometimes take longer to update since the iTunes move, but no big deal.
On another note, I have not upgraded my 2011 iMac to High Sierra. Waiting for the new 5K to arrive on 11 Dec.

A big upgrade for any iPhone, how?

The usage times were messed up for me when I updated as well. Let it drain to zero. Then connect to charger and once it turns on do a hard reset. That solves the issue.
