Hi I pre ordered a jb iPhone 7 plus upgrade on the 9th of September at 10am through EE call centre after trying for hours online with no success.

The EE rep gave me a 14 day estimated delivery.

I received a 'delivered within 28 day' text message on 16th of September.

Then I received a text stating delivery within 21 days on the 21st of September.

On the 4 of October I received another text saying that my account has been credited with £20 for my continued patience and that my phone will be with me within... you guessed it 21 days.

So to my surprise I received a text yesterday 12th of October to let me know DPD will be delivering my phone today 13th October and I am now posting this on my jb ip7.

I hope all who is still waiting for an iPhone gets it soon.

Just has another text fro EE saying the delivery will be now 28 days from the text date! Was 21 days last week!! joke
Is it worth cancelling going elsewhere?

I had the same text today, but i only ordered with EE 2 weeks ago, so can't really complain just yet.

Cancelled my CPW order as they are the worst company I have ever dealt with and won't be making that mistake again!

Ayy!!! Add me to the waiting list.

Called EE about my upgrade today, they confirmed my discount will carry over so I put through an order for a 256GB JB 7+.

£99.99 upfront, £42.59 per month for 25GB data after discount.

Website saying 28 days which I'm fine with, advisor said they're aiming for 2-3 weeks but website probably about right.

Ive gone from the 28 days text from EE last Wednesday to the within 14 days text today.

Must be getting good levels of stock in, or everybody has given up waiting lol.

I just got DPD notification of delivery tomorrow - 256Gb JB 7+

Bit odd as I rang up and cancelled my contract 2 weeks ago!

Ordered iPhone 7 32 gb, and 7+ 128gb on 22nd October.

7 was delivered on the 24th, 7+ expected 'within 28 days' !!

Any chance I will see it sooner ?

Today's update - more detailed than usual!
Update, 28th October

Happy Friday everyone.

We’ve had some good deliveries this week, but we’re aware that some people are still waiting for their new devices.

We’ll be calling everyone who’s still waiting for an iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus from tomorrow so please look out for any calls from 08454122711 as we’re keen to speak to you. Don’t worry if you miss the call as we’ll be following up with customers we can’t reach with a text message. We’ll be working through the weekend to reach you so please don’t be concerned if you don’t receive a call tomorrow.

Many of you are concerned that your upgrade dates have been delayed due to the behind schedule arrival of your new iPhone 7. We’re working really hard to resolve this for you and we’re pleased to tell you that all customers who pre-ordered or ordered in September and who experienced a delayed delivery of their new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus will see their next upgrade date brought forward to 16th September.

You will only pay for your new plan once you receive your new iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus and your new upgrade date won’t be delayed in 12 or 24 months, depending on the length of your plan.

If you ordered between 1st and 15th October this year and experienced a delayed delivery, the upgrade date will be the 1st of October.

You’ll notice the change on your bill once you have your new iPhone.

We thank you all for your continued patience. We talk daily to our teams working with Apple and so the EE Community is the right place to visit for daily updates. We’re the first to hear what stock is available, as it comes in, so if you are waiting for a particular model, this is the place to stay up to date.

If you have a question please have a look at the ‘Your questions answered’ section on the main post in this conversation, and leave us a comment if you have a question that's not covered – we’re here to help.

I upgraded my 12month SIM only deal to a 24month contract with EE for an iPhone 7 Plus on the 7th of October. I paid £370 upfront and still waiting for the phone.

My bill was due to leave my account today (4th) but checked my bank and it hadn't been, so went on the my EE website and noticed I was £370 in credit and my bill had been taken from that.

So phoned EE who told me that because the phone hasn't been dispatched they can't charge my EE account the upfront fee so its sat there waiting to be taken in my EE account for when the phone is dispatched. They refunded my bill so I'm back up to £370 in credit and when I asked if I needed to pay my bill over the phone she said no due to the inconvenience.

Question is, has this happened to anyone else? Seems like an odd way to do it, and I'm not convinced its correct.

Yes the same has happened to me. I called EE Friday as was showing credit on my account, they are using the £180 I paid for an upgrade to 7+JB to pay my monthly bill! will continue to do that till phone arrives then ill have to pay for it again. Very odd way of going about things.

Still no news on delivery dates apart from the 9th September orders are starting to be despatched!! look like ill be opening it xmas day!

The support page on the EE community site is very disheartening. With people waiting for their mid-September JB/256GB+ iPhone orders, I have little faith in EE delivering mine within the 28 day window they advertise on their website.

Also a little annoying that they're now using my deposit as credit to cover my current monthly bills.

Got my 7 Plus 128GB MB yesterday and love it.

Managed to get a refund from Apple for my Apple Music so I could take advantage of 6 months free from EE.

Its seems to be working fine, but does anyone elses look like this?

IMG_0001.PNG

I don't get why it says @@date@@ and say my current sub is £9.99 a month.

Ordered my iPhone 7 Plus (128GB, matte black) on 13th October, got mine on 11th November, finally, the waiting sucked, at least I got £50 credit from EE.

Received a text today advising that my ip7+ JB will be delivered tomorrow!!!
Also received a text offering me a free years Apple Music

6 more days for EE to meet their 28 day estimate on my order.

I don't think it'll happen.

I checked my order confirmation, they've included the BT Sport promotion instead of Apple Music, wondering if I could get them to change it, but at the same time I don't want to go to the back of the queue again.

Received my 7+JB this morning :)

Not had chance to play with it yet.

Still waiting to hear when my Apple Music subscription will be set up?

Lets hope its worth the wait for this phone!

I think you send "music" to 150 to receive instructions to get the six months rolling.

I've just ordered a 256GB JB+ from Apple with estimated delivery within 3-4 weeks.

Let's see who delivers first. My money is on Apple.
