Carrier iPhone 7/7+ EE ( UK ) Pre-Order Thread

I did pre order on the 9th, but two days later I changed the colour to jet black
On the 16th they sent me the first one (gold 128gb)
It was recalled back to EE 10 mins before it was delivered to me,
So on the 16th I called the up and cancelled my order, then later on I ordered matte black 256gb
So it took 10 days from the 16th to get confirmation of when I would receive the phone,
11 days from order to receiving.

Yes 21 days from order
Got dpd delivering my matte black + 256
Had ordered the jb on the 9th but changed mind as couldn't wait and didn't really like the scratching of the jb. So basically a new order was raised on the 21st! But getting it today!
Seems the jb are also shipping so prob woulda got my original order too however managed to get EE to give my £40 plus delivery back so not all bad!
We did it guys! Hang in there I sense a lot of us will be getting dpd texts soon

Hoping I get my text and email today, especially after seeing quite a few JB+ 128GB on the EE forums getting their notifications yesterday.
I've done the same, changed 128+MB to 256+MB at 7:30pm last night and it's now out for delivery. I couldn't get any freebies except for £20 knocked off

Had been waiting for a 128 Matte black 7+ that I had per order in store. Upfront was £30, £20 had already been paid.
after reading a number of posts on the EE forum about stock of 7+ 256 I called up CS.
Spoke to a nice Irish bloke, explained what's gone on and bad experience I had in store. Was polite and told him that I believe there was 256 stock available and what could he do for me.
he was already on the live stock system before I suggested he needs to check there.
so £80 upfront, £50 more then what I was paying in store for the 128 one.
Which goes on next months bill and should with a little luck have it tomorrow.
Also he said it shows just over 200 in stock

I must be the luckiest guy, ordered Monday night at 2am, 256GB Matt Black iPhone 7+ online, order tripped & i had to call them Tuesday morning; the reason was to let me know it was £199 upfront & 3wks waiting time to which I agreed. Got a txt today (Wednesday) to say had been delivered to store & now in my hands, stunning service with all the horror stories online!
Got mine last night, loving it so far. Not quite got the hang of the size of the plus vs normal, but I think I'll get used to it.Received my mb 7 plus 256gb this morning
Going to Sheffield on Friday to meet up with friends so going to pop into Apple and buy AppleCare for it
Just had a call from EE about my JB 7+ 256 order. They said that Apple have sent them an extra 4,500 Matte Black 7+ which means I could have one tomorrow if I switch.
I asked how long it would take if I waited, and she said max 21 days from when I ordered the phone. I confirmed that meant 30th at the latest, and she said yes, and hopefully early next week for delivery.
So I'm waiting. Impatiently.
