If I was u and ure after Matt black u should be phone if up complaining about how u preordered on launch day and how all the crap they say it's not there fault is there fault as ure the consumer buying an product advertised for sale.

They will offer u a deal on the 256 will charge u more u say u are not willing to pay for more do it all calmly then u get through to retentions who give u all u want no questions asked. 256gb for same price as ure 128 that's how my process went but I had the jet black preordered instead then got my 256 mb + the next morning.

Thanks for that, will give them a ring tomorrow morning. Will complain that I've waited so long even though they have took my £149 upfront cost too
 
I had a call last night from EE, explaining that they had a load of 256+ MB in stock and because of the hassle of waiting and that they didn't have a date for my JB+ 128, would i like to upgrade? It cost me £50 and it'll be here this morning. Hopefully someone who is waiting for their JB+ 128 will get it quicker now.
 
It was so hard to yield to the matt black

without loosing it and losing my rack.

In the end only the strongest can remain

Any longer i surley would have turned insain.

I now bid farwell to the stong jet black team

And now for me time to relax let of the steam.

This will be my very last poem so you can relax

Beacause i now have my Iphone on the 4g Max.

Rang EE and got no such offer of 256GB

Said I would get a text within 4 or 5 days it my 128GB

Didn't realise another one of my lines in due for an upgrade on Monday which my sister uses. Might give her my iP6S Plus and then get a black 256GB iP7 Plus.

Going from the EE site, they are saying 28 days. Wondering if the turn around is quicker than that.

Just received a text saying another 28 days from 4th oct. I am cancelling my contract and moving. Pathetic EE and Apple. Multi-billion dollar businesses and they can't work out their Supply chain which is a basic requirement for a Retailer. Really fed up.
 
It does suck but no carrier has the jet black pluses so its liuke you hyave no options unless you go buy direct from apple even then I think jet black plus said november. They will switch you to a matt black with no hassle and ure recieve the phone the next day.

If you really need the jet black its gonna be a waiting game no matter who you go with. Unless you plan to use a clear case which most are crap anyway or go caseless does it really matter going for the jet black?

I do understand the frustration though. I felt it also.

I got one and it's 28 days too. Relax. It's just a phone. Apple have A LOT of phones to supply. EE are only 1 small cog in that machine. We'll get them. Just a waiting game. I haven't seen many jet black in Apple Stores so it's silly to get upset EE don't have them.
 
Have had nothing since 15/9 so went on online chat was told it would be 21 days from order date. Eh that would have been the 28 September then!!

Going to try phoning shortly as if not this week I need to change to a sim only upgrade.
 
Gutted to just cancel my JB+ upgrade order. They were suggesting it would likely based on current timescales be toward ends of next week but I don't want to risk returning my MB+ to Apple today and then not get it next week or even this month! I think I would be a fool to base a decision on still having the 21 days from order.

Disappointed with the sim only plans that they offered. £24.99 for unlimted calls and text and 25gb data - I know it is decent for amount of data but I never go over 4 really. Was hoping for something around £15-20 per month on between 4-8gb. Not sure whether to take it or move to O2 who are offering 10GB for £18 per month.........
 
have anyone of you tried money super market website to get an iphone 7?
EE store and EE web site is to expensive on monthly plan compared to 3rd party i.e. carphoneware house, mobile phone direct, the smart phone company are cheaper then EE store...
where do you order yours from for an 24 month's contract ?

Haven't you seen the 16gb for £19.99 offer on their sim only page?

Got another text from EE today saying I can expect to receive my JB iPhone 128GB within 7 days. That's down from 28 days a week or so ago.
