As I've taking the day off work to make sure I don't miss the delivery, I won't be very happy if it doesn't turn up!

Hi. When I rang it was implied that the clock started from when my order was processed not when I originally placed it.
Just off the phone with EE, talking about adding an AW. They have supply issues as expected.
Not liking the AW offer, I was given a free upgrade from the 7+ 128gb to the 256gb version instead. I was also given 20 pounds back from my 100 pound prepayment (not that it matters, as they get the money at a later stage anyway).
Getting it in the next 14 days

Just spoke to a really nice guy who stated that my order has been processed and that texts will be sent out a couple of days prior to delivery then on the day of delivery a text from DPD will be sent. What he did say was that the initial text can be sent anywhere up to 2 weeks from the initial order date. I'll be pretty pissed off if I don't get it on Friday and have to wait up to 2 weeks when my order was phoned in at the back of 8 last Friday morning. I better receive my text tomorrow!!!
Seems like everyone is receiving conflicting information. I've been told by Two people and the website mine should be here Friday, so if I don't get a DPD text by tomorrow, I'll be complaining.
I'll be phoning tomorrow again if I've not received a text by lunchtime and if I get the same result I will blow a gasket! I seem to be getting ignored by EE on Facebook who are unwilling to answer my question 'How confident are EE that pre orders will be delivered on Friday? Specifically the 7+ in jet black?'
Same here! I called yesterday after preordering on the 16th to ask about my order, same model and colour as yours and they said I was promised the 16th so it will be here then. If I don't get a delivery text tomorrow I'm not going to be happy! If they knew they couldn't keep their promise, why do they keep boasting about launch day deliveries for all preorders!

What were they offering in terms of a deal on the watch? I might have added one on but don't want to do anything now that might cause them to cancel and redo my order thereby putting me to the back of the queue. I already got a free JB+ 128gb......
Interest free credit for 12/24 months. Aluminium only though, so wasn't interested.
